dori and george could be twins
Shut up they’re ADORABLE
Ok I’m obsessed and in love with Ryland Grace and I made a SUPER CUTE little connection today. The way Ryland talks to and especially about his students, particularly in the book reminds me so much of Mr. Terupt from the Because of Mr. Terupt series by Rob Buyea and that’s so so cute to me. I love them both so much
He had no business being so cute here 😭😭
GR: “Russell's face is quite literally a miracle of divinity. He should be the next 007 actor!”
All I want for the 2026 season is a 2019 rookies podium. Is that to much to ask for?!
reblog to give prev a fUCKING BREAK in 2026
well known pizza lover 🍕🍕
His accent here is just incredibly cute…
“You know, George. I don't know if people see George for who he is, but he is (nice). I miss George, you know, I miss the fact that he's not in my life because he's just one of the most wonderful human beings I genuinely have ever met. And I was very lucky that he was in our team because he was just so considerate. He was so professional and he gave it everything. And just, but so down to earth, so normal, you know, in his family, they're always around, were lovely. He was just a pleasure.” — Claire Williams on George Russell
So all in all, Prince Caspian:
lost his father at a young age
was emotionally neglected/abused by his piece of shit uncle (who also killed his father)
lost his nurse, arguably his first and only friend before Cornelius, and probably blamed himself
has to flee from his own home after discovering his piece of shit uncle wants to kill him too. he's like 15 btw
wages war against said pos uncle. still like 15
is separated from the Pevensies, his idols, after befriending them - first Peter and Susan, then Edmund and Lucy
loses his wife
loses his SON
literally almost kills his best friend for not helping his son and then breaks down
has to give up on searching for his son to avoid more death
is finally reunited with his son MINUTES BEFORE HE THEN PASSES AWAY
My baby. My poor baby boy.
Edit: found out he may, in fact, have been 13 in PC. Ow. Ow my heart.
Oh my precious boy. I’m so sorry the world treated you like that
Reblog to make it die faster
I know I already made a post today but as a history student I have to say this.
I want the Pevensie siblings adjusting to the newer Narnia. Not with cultural differences or the land but dealing with the fact that they are historical figures. Basically legends.
In historical figures a lot of things are simply estimation.
I want Caspian telling them things he learned about them in history lessons and them either gently correcting him or being outright awed.
I want Peter being stunned when he finds out that people assumed he had some familial relation to Jadis because they couldn’t figure out why he felt the need to fight her and then him explaining the whole prophecy thing.
I want Susan being flustered when she finds out people believed she had two husbands and often called her ‘Susan the Fair’ because of it.
I want Edmund being embarrassed as he gently explained that ‘Edmund the Betrayer’ and ‘Edmund the Just’ were the same people and then wondering how people could call a 10 year old a betrayer.
I want Lucy being amused by the idea that she had been queen of nymphs when really they had been friends.
Also, people misunderstanding them as a whole or even saying they’d do things they would never do.
Miraz using Edmund the Just’s laws as a justification for his actions and Peter yelling at him to never slander his dear brother’s name again by associating it with his wicked rules.
Or maybe Susan being so damn offended when people dared to suggest her little sister hadn’t been a good ruler simply because she had some whimsy.
Maybe we could also have them just feeling so happy when their influence on Narnia was still there.
Peter finding out that a man he had given a council role to had descendants who were still doing very well and wore the signet ring he had commissioned for that man.
Susan finding out that the school she had set up had brought more free schools for children and seeing them play happily in the school yard.
Edmund finding out that many of his laws had stayed and perhaps seeing Caspian ask him for help on the new laws.
Lucy finding out that Mr.Tumnus’ home was still intact or he was remembered as a good man, a pride to all fauns.
I just love seeing the impact people can have to those much later down the line.
