Glancing through the She Hulk tag I'm seeing a lot about the Matt Murdock/Daredevil arrival, which yes, it was lovely. A joy on screen.

I am not seeing anything about the end. Where an actual crime is being commited against Jen while she is on stage and as soon as she shows a hint of anger people run from her, and ostracize, her, and pull weapons on her.

She is shut shamed and was deliberately targeted for revenge porn. And she gets mad. And the whole room turns against her. To the point that her few allies are trying to help her maintain composure because they *know* what's going to happen if she shows an inch of emotion.

I am so mad about the fact that Jens sex tape was leaked without Jens consent. She did not consent to being recorded, that was set up without her knowing. I have seen so many men slut shaming Jen and saying that she should have listened to Bruce. The attack on Bruce was only an attack on Hulk, but the attack on She hulk was about Jen. It was a personal attack that showed her in a vulnerable state. The media does not hurt men the same way it damns women. Jen gets called a slut while Matt is constantly praised for the exact same thing. It's not about her taking Bruce's advice, it's about the way this is a personal assault on Jen and many other real life women that have been in the same situation.

Mike finds her and takes her home and gives her his own clothes and feeds her his breakfast and his dinner and shares all the cool things in his house with her. Joyce meets her and immediately latches on and is calling her "honey" within hours. Hopper knew her for less than a day and was leaving her food in the woods and then adopted her at the expense of his own safety. Max met her and immediately wanted to be friends and then offered her fun and friendship and advice at the first opportunity. Becky Ives immediately offers to take her in. Joyce adopts her without question after Hopper dies. Jonathan and Will refer to themselves as her brothers. Will and Lucas and Dustin all giving her the biggest bear hugs in s4?? For the first 12 years of her life all she knows is a cold sterile environment where she is bullied by her peers and used as a tool by the adults who stole her from her mother. And then she escapes and finds a family for herself and is just SO loved by the people who meet her.

I personally loved that Nancy was allowed to be just absolutely seething with rage this season. like the scene with Jason? shooting Vecna? she’s practically snarling. I really and truly thought she was going to smash Jason with the butt of that shotgun. sawing off the barrel and talking about not missing through gritted teeth to the little girl she’s determined to protect?? ditching her cute stripes and sweaters for like full tactical gear?? beating the shit out of those bats???? I really and truly believe that something in her changed when she faced down billy in that car fully prepared to die but still hoping to take him with her

I want Nancy to be acknowledged for her bravery. Her determination. How she just continued to literally face hell with no hesitation. The first to say "We have to kill him. Now. I won't wait." How she faced Vecna head on, pointed the gun with no fear. She just knew that he was in front of her, and that she had to shoot. She was fearless throughout it all (may I add that she was definitely one of the most fearless out of all characters), and I want her to be appreciated.
