alpha sam is part of the college hunks mover company and is called in to help omega misa move into his new apartment
misa was a little annoyed bc mack and will were supposed to help him move in to his new apartment after graduating college but they had to cancel bc macks family needed them for something and yes they were extremely apologetic but he really didnt want random people especially alpha men touching his things but the college hunks had the cheapest rates and he couldnt afford something more bougie
sam needed some extra money so he joined the college hunks moving company and it was chill so far most of the moves have been helping freshmen get settled into their apartments and sometimes a small family moving out of an apartment into their town homes he wouldnt say he enjoyed it but it was fun seeing what types of things people collected inside of their homes
so sam was expecting the same mundane task of hauling boxes in and out with one of his coworkers and trying his best to fill the awkward silence between them and the customer
what he didnt expect was the prettiest softest cutest most gorgeous omega to be staring him and his coworker ekky down as they worked to move his boxes from his family home into their truck
sam was just about to pick up a box when he heard a hiss from behind him and he quickly turned around to see where it came from the omega, misa (he learned) had a hand slapped on to his mouth and his face was red from embarrassment sam glanced down to look at what may have caused the reaction and his nose caught the whiff of warm caramel and spiced apples and quickly stepped back from the box that clearly contained misas nesting materials no wonder the omega acted so territorial an unknown alpha was getting too close to his safe space
misa quickly apologized embarrassment wafting out in his scent but sam smiled reassuringly he knew not to get offended it made sense and misas reaction was just so endearing he didnt know the omega had it in him to be so fiesty and throughout the move out process he had to fight the urge to groan from seeing the omega help out with moving the boxes the fact that misa had to take his sweater off because he was sweating alrdy had sam in the danger zone and god seeing misas arms bulging from carrying the heavy boxes and hearing his low grunts from exertion he was absolutely done for
misa was definitely not expecting to see the hottest most built alpha of his life wearing a cut off shirt and a white cal at his doorstep ready to help him move out he was getting too distracted from seeing his abs flexing from where the cut off portion of his shirt let him peek inside (college alphas these days….not that he’s complaining) and the veins in his forearms (fuck they were so prominent) so he got to work with moving some of his boxes alongside the two workers (sam and ekky he learned after a lowkey awkward introduction) so he didnt get caught staring at sam it really didnt help that the alpha smelled so good like fresh pine and bergamot he wanted to climb him like a fucking tree
ekky needed to never be on shift at the same time as sam again because why did he have to deal with 3 hours of his coworker and their fucking customer eyefucking each other while the other wasnt looking and quickly looking away to avoid being caught jesus he just wanted to go back home
