Ever since I started physical therapy school I have been forced to become a morning person lol. These are some habits that have helped me enjoy mornings more, prevented me from wasting time on my phone first thing in the morning, decrease stress and anxiety, and overall helped me function better for the rest of the day. Hope these ideas help some of you guys like it helped me!

Iām not even sure what itās really supposed to feel like š š„² education system has failed us all
My mom has had breast cancer twice and we have a familial genetic marker known as BRCA2. I have known about these signs and symptoms to watch for since I was 6. So watch and feel and be proactive! Because you know your body better than anyone else!
And for anyone that has never been told what to feel for: My mom always said if you feel anything that feels like a frozen pea(depending on size of course) that wasnāt there before to get it checked out ASAP. Donāt ignore the things that are scary, they only create more issues down the road. If my aunt hadnāt ignored it when she first found her tumor, she might still be here today.
Be Proactive. Get checked. Check yourself.
AND PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE ANYTHING YOU FEEL IS WRONG.

Today went out for a walk (3 miles).
Fall weather is slowly approaching us and I can't wait cuz I love the cooler temperature and it gives me motivation to go outdoors for a walk.
