Celebrity AU Updated Info
Sorry it's been a minute (School's been taking my time lol)
Anyway, I decided to "soft reboot" my Celebrity AU from like 2-3 years ago (crazy it's been that long ago lol).
Essentially, it's still the same timeline wise, but I changed some bits of the story, aged up characters, and added at least like a new character.
So, here's an updated timeline.
Pre-Film Era (1954 - 1998)
1954 - The first Godzilla appeared (It goes the same as the 1954 movie, just going with the Kiryu Saga ending where he becomes bones instead)
No other Godzilla would appear for years, there was other kaijus events, but they were taken care of pretty quickly (the Rodan and Mothra movies happens in this AU)
1984-1993 - Several new kaijus surge to life, causing havoc. One of these kaijus is the second Godzilla (Heisei Godzilla)
In between these years, Apex would be founded and begin to experiment on Kaiju speicimem that they could find.
The events of Godzilla vs King Ghidorah would have more of a consequence compared to the original time line, as this would create a rift in the universe that will get bigger later down the line.
1993 - Junior was born (The events that take place in Godzilla Vs. MechaGodzilla || still happen)
Bits of the Mothra Rebirth also happen at this time, but Leo lands on the same island as (Heisei) Godzilla and Junior. Despite Godzilla's history with Mothra, he lets Leo stay on the island. Even after Leo metamorphises into his imago state.
1995 - Godzilla vs Destroyah takes place. However in the AU, the death of (Heisei) and the rebirth of Junior, would open a rift in the universe more.
1996 -After the events of Godzilla's death. the revived Junior was taken by Apex and began to be experimented on. Apex wanted to see if they could shrink a kaiju to human size. It was successful but Apex didn't stop there.
Junior was abused while he was in captivity, from being burned, some of his scales being pulled, to even Apex removing his back dorsel fins
1997 - Monarch is created after several new kaijus began to appear, all be it, human sized. these would include several new Godzillas which include
Fuji (Final Wars Godzilla)
and Legey (MV Godzilla), although compared to the others, he was just a baby
Leo and Monarch storm Apex facilities and were able to rescue Junior, this would the last time anybody would see Junior as he completely disappears after being freed.
Monarch would stormed more Apex facilities to the point that Apex "shut down"
1998 - 1998 Godzilla comes out, this would be the first Godzilla movie to come out, as well as being the first movie to have a kaiju star, Zilla
However, this movie would be a bomb and overall, not a great movie. Although, it would be the spark that would start a whole new franchise by the next year.
Early Film Era (1999 - 2010)
1999 - Despite how low rated the 1998 Godzilla movie was. Toho/Xillien studios decided to take make their own Godzilla movie called "Godzilla 2000", with Junji being the Godzilla actor in this movie.
This movie would be a success and kickstarted the Godzilla franchise.
Kamakura (Shin Godzilla) appears, although similar to Legey, he was just a baby.
A documentary about (Heisei) Godzilla and Junior comes out by Miki, explaining her experiences with being able to "talk" to them.
2000 - Under the Xillien label, Jinks becomes the first and most popular Kaiju singer.
It's unknown of his origins as it seemed like he appeared out of nowhere. There were many theories speculating on his origins, from the theory that he was man-made by Xillien, him being a new subtype of Godzilla (similar to Zilla), and the most infamous theory that he was the missing Godzilla Junior (This theory became even more prevalent when Jinks returned back to the public out of his old persona look)
Godzilla vs Megagurius comes out, being the second film under Junji's belt and being the first role for Meg (Megagurius)
2001 - An egg found just before it hatched by Fuji. When it hatched, it was a baby Godzilla. The baby imprinted on Fuji and didn't want to leave him. So he decided to adopt the baby and named him Minya.
GMK comes out, this would be the first roles for Yama, Jim (GMK Ghidorah), Mothra/Shima (GMK Mothra), and Baragon
2002 - Godzilla vs Mecha Godzilla comes out, this is the first role for Kenji and Kiryu (The first Godzilla's in-spirit lol)
2003 - Godzilla: Tokyo SOS comes out This is the first roles for Mothra/Niki (Kiryu Mothra) and her twin babies.
Jinks and Leo get engaged
2004 -Godzilla Final Wars comes out, this would be the first role for Fuji, Minya, Gigan, and several others.
2006 - Jinks and Leo find a baby fairy Mothra on her own, after talking with Miki and Monarch. They decided, with some hesitation, to adopt her and named her Fae.
2008 - After a long engagement, Leo and Jinks finally tied the knot and got married, with only having their friends, their daughter, and Miki being witnesses to their union.
2009/2010 - Jinks comes out about his abuse while under the Xillien label and sues them for it. This lawsuit would be quite infamous for several other stars talking about their abuse as well.
Jinks win the lawsuit and afterwards decide to retire and disappear from the public eye to recover.
Current Film Era (2014 - 2021)
2014 - The first Godzilla movie made by "Legendary" Studios. This movie was quite successful and revived the Godzilla movie franchise
This would also start Legey's career (MV Godzilla)
2015 - After retiring and disappearing from the public eye 5 years ago. Jinks returns to the public, though no longer wearing the edgy leather garb, or his makeup, and was much healthier looking compared to him during his singing career.
He had to returned to announce that he had founded a Kaiju based singing label called "Kaiju X".
One of the first bands that signed with Kaiju X is a mainly cover band, Gojita Metal, which consists of Junji, Kenji, and Fuji.
2016 - Shin Godzilla comes out, being the first role of Kamakura
2017 - Mothra/Mothi (MV Mothra) and Legey begin to date, they technically started dating back in 2015, but they took it really slow and didn't make it officially til now.
Kong Skull Island comes out, this would be the first role for Kong, Skully (Skull Devil), and the other kaijus
2019 - Godzilla: King of the Monsters comes out. This would be the first role for the Ghidorahs, Mothra, and several other kaijus (This would be Rodan's first in-person acting role as he's been doing VA work before hand)
Godzilla Vs Kong comes out, this would be the first role for Mecha Godzilla
Rumors have begun to spread that Monarch has a secret project that could be possibly bringing back kaijus from the 80s/90s to life. The rumors have gotten even more popular when kaijus began to see these older kaijus around (all be it shrunk to human size)
