We all see the video, nothing is uncertain about what exactly when down, there are no questions as to what transpired. This was more than just “stupid ranting and raving”. They kidnapped this person (not ranting, not raving), bound him up and gagged him (more than just going on a rant) , cut his scalp (still not ranting nor raving) and physically attacked him. Why do we need so much proof to determine whether or not this was a hate crime. They targeted him because he was white (check) and referenced his ethnicity multiple times within the video (check).
