Simple Grain/Gluten Free Bread! 5 eggs 2 cups cashews 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp coconut flour 1tsp baking soda 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 375. Blend all the above ingredients in blender for sixty seconds (except the vinegar). Now add in apple cider vinegar for 10 seconds. Pour in batter and cook for 45 minutes enjoy!

Love living in Florida we have tons of strawberries in season right now….so strawberries everything!
What you need, 4 eggs, 1/3c coconut flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 scoop protein powder (I used strawberry flavored), 1 c milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 c fresh strawberries diced up, & butter to grease frying pan. Stir together and enjoy!

2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/2 cup organic, cold-pressed virgin coconut oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
Place on parchment paper
Preheat oven to 350–Bake for 20 minutes.

Fit Food Tip–make an egg pie! It’s easy & quick! Break 8 eggs, stir, cut up whatever veggie you have laying around, add in meat (this one has ham, last week had ground bison), and a splash of milk….bake for 30 minutes or until no longer wiggling and refrigerate. Eat the rest of the week!
