How to take OFFSET in CNC machine | CNC Programming OFFSET

This is CNC programming series Part 4 in this video video you can learn how to start CNC machine or how to ON cnc machine or OFF cnc machine step by step. We will also learn what are the safety steps to be taken while starting cnc machine like machine home position and offset in Control panel. If we call our-self a CNC programmer and we don't know how to start CNC machine then its a shame.So it's very important for a beginner to know how to start CNC machine starts and what are the things we have to check before start writing the manual cnc program. 1. Switch On the main power for electricity 

2. ON the voltage stabilizer 

3. ON the power knob at the backside of cnc machine 

4. close the machine door and press cnc on button on control panel 

5. Rotate emergency stop button when alert message will come up 

6. press machine reset button after that 

7. press spindle start, feed start and reset 

8. Bring your tool to machine home position by referencing X,Y,Z 

9. Check Hydraulic Pressure 

10. Check Lubrication/coolant level and pressure. It should be at green level.Also check chuck pressure Myself Baldeep Singh and i have good experience in CNC programmging .I am numbering all my videos in a sequence which make you easier to study.
