Is there any chance at a Digital Circus season 2 or is it a limited series?
I don't really think there could be a season 2.
I'd like to expand on this to say Glitch is very accommodating for the vision of the artist. Liam and I are in a really fortunate position to be able to end our shows on our own terms based on the stories we want to tell. The times and places our shows end are 100% our own decisions.
Murder Drones was in no way "cancelled" because of TADC, it ended because Liam felt like he was finished with the story. Same with TADC. I could probably stretch the story out and have 5 seasons of filler episodes if I wanted, but I would rather have each episode have some kind of meaningful character development, and not waste peoples' time with filler. Glitch lets us tell the stories we want to tell, and I think that's coooooool.
The way Jax's face shifts when he realizes that he was showing too much emotion and that his mask slipped. *chef's kiss*

Lilo & Stitch Spoilers
Has anyone mentioned that in the new live action Lilo & Stitch that Nani completely tears apart "Ohana" because 'We got left behind'? Literally one of the instances in which they talk about Ohana, Nani says that they got left behind and that that isn't reality.
Let me break down everything about the new movie that they got so bad and encourage you not to see this movie. Do not spend money on it. Let it crash out. Everything that you have heard about it is true and it gets worse.
1.) Jumba doesn't sound like Jumba. Im not even talking about his accent being missing (which, it absolutely is missing. There was no effort made in voice acting him)- but this voice just does not SOUND like Jumba. Its not fitting for Jumba. He sounds like he should be named Ted.
2.) The scene where Pleakley and the Grand Council woman talk and then go to Jumba's cell is taken out. Instead it's Jumba talking directly to her then Pleakley showing up in a cowboy outfit (which is fine)
3.) Pleakely is EXCITED to go supervise Jumba on Earth. He gets excited and calls it a vacation if I remember right.
4.) Lilo still has some of her Weird Girl tendencies, but she moreso registers as 'troublemaker' more than 'weird kid'. When Nani is fired from the fakey Luau there is no discussion about how the manager was actually a vampire that wanted Nani to join his legion of the undead to make sure Lilo didn't feel responsible for Nani being fired. Instead, Nani kinda snaps at Lilo.
5.) The "Go to your room!" "I'm already in my room" scene was a very poorly done scene. It was to fast paced and felt like a first take honestly. The original voice actors did a GREAT job. This was mediocre at best.
6.) Jumba at the end of the movie, is apprehended as a criminal and taken back to jail, while Pleakely still stays on Earth. Also Lilo dang near murders him tbh.
7.) The Ugly Duckling scene is actually replaced with Lilo going through a scrapbook with Stitch, talking about how smart and accomplished Nani is and how hard she's worked, then some baby pictures of Lilo, then pictures of her parents and asking Stitch "Do you have a family?"
8.) From what it seems to me, Nani actually GOT a job? As a surfing instructor? And the social worker is STILL on her case. Because 'Think about what's best for Lilo'. Why is this? Because she wants Nani to give up Lilo to CPS so that the state will pay for Lilo's healthcare. Because after the scene where Lilo is under water and about to drown, she spits up water, Nani screams for an ambulance, and they go the the hospital. There was a mention of health insurance earlier in the movie right before Nani screams "before I kill you" at her little sister. But it comes up again now (which I stopped paying attention at various points because I was either bored or mad) when I thought at least that they were supposed to have health insurance for a week after she lost her job at the luau for the social worker to tell Nani (who seems to have landed a job as a surfing instructor) 'There is a way to get the state to pay for this but you have to give up Lilo' and then it trails off to Nani ignoring the social worker, looking at Lilo through the hospital window and saying out loud 'Goodbye'.
9.) Nani just ISNT Nani. She's mean. This version of Nani is a snot- if they had made all these changes but still kept Nani being NANI then it would be bearable as a movie. Its made clear from very on in the movie that she wanted to be a Marine Biologist (not a professional surfer) and that she had a full ride scholarship to 'The best school' for Marine biology as if some of the BEST SCHOOLS FOR MARINE BIOLOGY ARENT BASED OUT OF HAWAII??!! And she just seems really bitter that she isn't able to do it. Hawaii is like, THE place to be for a Marine biology degree!!
10.) Lilo actively encourages her to leave her because 'thats what mama and papa would have wanted. They told me.' then it's laughed about like its some jolly good time.
11.) Nani doesn't even actually see Lilo trying to show her the thing with Stitch essentially being a biological record player. You remember how in the original its played as a fun but informative gag where Nani just wakes up to it, sees it happening, and actually pays attention to Lilo and what she's trying to show her? Yeah in this version Nani doesn't even look- no she's doing paperwork at a table and just tells Lilo 'I love that song'- meanwhile Lilo is trying to get her to actually LOOK at what she's trying to show her and it comes across as Nani being EXTREMELY dismissive and neglectful.
Im sure there is plenty more things I could nitpick at. Pleakley didn't feel like Pleakley. Nani didn't feel like Nani. Jumba just straight up WASN'T Jumba. Stitch didn't have much depth.
This was the worst live action reboot Ive seen. It's absolutely disgusting. DO NOT WATCH IT! It's a dumpster fire! They have taken one of the BEST movies they have come out with and one of their most wholesome messages and tore it to actual shreds. Nani LITERALLY told Lilo the Ohana thing wasn't reality (before the scene where stitch whacks Nani in the phase with the freezer door when they are talking about Ohana again and once again, Nani is being absolutely awful and talking to Lilo as if she wishes she'd shut up instead of actually listening). It's NOT worth your time, watching it isn't even enjoyable because you just keep getting angry- at the people who wrote it to be this way, AND at Nani's character. Its not worth your time, money, energy, and I haven't had a movie make me this angry in I can't remember how long.
This is my second and last post on the matter- just because I want everyone else to know exactly how disgusting it is to really try to encourage you to just not watch it. It's just not worth it. The only good I have to say about it is that some of the visuals are good and Stitch's design is cute. They added in a homicidal axolotl alien on the ship with the grand councilwoman that made me laugh one time. They took out every other bit of substance. Any positivity between Nani and Lilo seems forced because Nani is just absolutely awful.
Honestly this movie feels like anti-hawaii pro-government propagana. Just completely gutted the heart and soul of the whole story to promote 'Leave behind your family. Go on. Leave your family behind. Native families shouldn't be together. Give your children up to our lovely American foster care system. They're a burden to you. Children are burdens. You can't live your dreams if you're saddled with a child.'
This version of Nani literally saw Lilo as a burden, and not something worth fighting for. This Nani wouldn't scream at Cobra Bubbles about how Lilo NEEDS her, no, she thrives on leaving her young sister behind to be raised by unfamiliar people and a character that didn't even exist in the original movie that was made SOLELY for the purpose of passing Lilo off to her.
Everything I hear about this remake sucks but it's what I've come to expect from just about everything even associated with disney
WHY DID HE GET SUDDEN GOOD VIBES??? AT THE END OF THE EP???? WHEN DID HE SHOW THE CAPACITY TO FROLICK AMONGST THE COMMON FOLK??????????? NO MORE RANDOM REDEMPTION ARCS FOR OLD WHITE MEN MLB WHAT THE HECK
Right!???
There's no way dude is okay with not getting custody.
Also side rant
why, if Gabe is supposed to love his son did they fail so badly at actually showing it ???
If they wanted a more sympathetic gabe I Lowkey think
1) all his grandparents should have been problematic
2) actually have scenes while gabe was alive if him either being a great dad before he was obsessed with healing his wife or/and 2 showing genuine and real concern/guilt for Adrien but convincing himself he was doing right while he was alive
Friendly Reminder of Snow's inner monologue in the book:
He thought of people putting a price on her. With her long, pointed nose and skinny body, Tigris was no great beauty, but she had a sweetness, a vulnerability that invited abuse.
What was Sejanus up to? Was he trying to outdo him and steal the day’s thunder? To take his idea of coming to the zoo and then dress it up in a way Coriolanus could never compete with, because he could never afford to?
His filly in a race, his dog in a fight. The more he had treated her as something special, the more she’d become human.
Lucy Gray was one thing belonging to Coriolanus that he would never, ever get.
The thought of blackmailing old Strabo Plinth had definite appeal.
Someone suggested that he cared for her like a sister, and although he’d done nothing of the sort, he allowed it. No need to disrespect the dead.
Even his encouragement to sing for sponsors was an attempt to prolong the attention she brought him.
His girl. His. Here in the Capitol, it was a given that Lucy Gray belonged to him, as if she’d had no life before her name was called out at the reaping.
Even if Lucy Gray was confused on the issue, in the eyes of the Capitol, she belonged to him. What point would there be in crediting a district tribute?
If no one else seemed to be bothered by her questionable past, why should he be? (Questionable past being the fact that she had a love life before him)
A second-class citizen. Human, but bestial. Smart, perhaps, but not evolved. Part of a shapeless mass of unfortunate, barbaric creatures that hovered on the periphery of his consciousness. (Thinking about Lucy Gray)
“Sejanus Plinth,” said Coriolanus. Not that they were actually friends, but that wasn’t any of Dean Highbottom’s business.
Mrs. Plinth shook her head. “No. No. Your cousin’s his only friend.” How sad, thought Coriolanus. To have no friends.
Coriolanus couldn’t help feeling embarrassed for her. If you ever needed proof of the districts’ backwardness, there you had it. Primitive people with their primitive customs.
“Oh, yes?” said Coriolanus, only to be polite. Honestly, who cared? His entire future was on the line because of her wayward son.
But playing on that might be the way to manipulate him.
Coryo was a nickname for old friends. For family. For people Coriolanus loved. And this was the moment Sejanus decided to try it out? If he’d had the energy, Coriolanus would have reached over and strangled him.
“Superb,” he said. “Like everything you cook, Mrs. Plinth.” It wasn’t an exaggeration. Ma might be pathetic, but she was something of an artist in the kitchen.
The conversation wasn’t going the way Coriolanus had imagined. Where was the talk of reward money?
...but the point was, he got to keep her. And he wanted to keep her. Safe and close at hand.
Perhaps there was a way out of his predicament after all? Another path to influence and power?
He’d been broke most of his life, but the Snows had always worked hard to maintain decency. These people had given up, and some part of him blamed them for their plight. (Thinking about District 12 people)
“No escaping that.” He leaned over and kissed her, flushed with happiness, because although he did not believe in celestial writings, she did, and that would be enough to guarantee her loyalty.
In some ways, it had been better to have her locked up in the Capitol, where he always had a general idea of what she was doing.
Oh, a ghost story. Ugh. Boo. So ridiculous. Well, he’d try hard to love it when he saw the Covey tomorrow.
“Guns? Not that I know of. How would he get guns?” Coriolanus was beginning to enjoy himself a bit. (During the interrogation after Sejanus' execution)
She wouldn’t be thrilled, obviously, when he told her there’d been a change of plans. That he was returning to the Peacekeepers and heading to District 2 tomorrow at dawn, essentially leaving her to her fate. (As soon as he realised that he wouldn't get caught, he immediately thought of going back to District 2 with no concern for Lucy Gray)
As good as the movie was, I do think that it's at fault for so many people falling for the idea that Snow wasn't always bad. He was, but it wasn't so obvious at first. As you can see, he always thought of himself and how things would benefit him. He looked down on Sejanus and his ma even though they were nothing but kind to him. He saw Lucy Gray as his possession. He was greedy and selfish, always trying to come up with ways to manipulate whatever situation he was in to his advantage. I really wish the movie showed that more.
are you sentientpocketsand with a changed url just making sure bc we're mutuals and i dont remember following a groovy lizard
Yeah that's me
I've put in a ridiculous amount of effort over a shit post. I've seen a few Adrien versions of this, but you gotta admit, Felix totally would title his autobiography like this. Sorry not sorry.
You’ve heard of the Love Square, now get ready for

Looking forward to season 6 bad social skills
Wait people actually believe Gabriel was redeemed in the end? He manipulated people up to his dying breath and wished to be seen as a hero. I know the ending seemed strange, but it definitely did so purposefully. This was a set up for the conflict next season not a wrap up of his arc.
I get the initial shock, but this show never held back on the abusive nature of Gabriel. In season 5 alone the total shift of Gabriel was idgaf about my son’s happiness and being mad at his lack of control he has on him. The last thing he did was control Adrien’s perspective of him. He went from wanting to be with his wife to being completely power hungry. His power hunger lead to Gimmi granting his desires.
And if that still isn’t enough to comfort people just remember that every season ends with a set up for the conflict that will follow in the next season:
Season 1 finale introduced Lila as an antagonist interested in the Miraculous and Marinette’s personal life which lead to Lila’s arc start which more so carried out in later seasons.
Season 2 finale introduced Mayura and Ladybug, Chat Noir the other heroes had their first epic fight beyond the scope of villain of the week. This lead to the introduction of sentimonsters and Mayura’s arc which heavily carried out in season 3.
Season 3 finale was another epic fight, but this time against Hawkmoth and Mayura. Master Fu’s identity becomes compromised leading to him passing down his guardianship to Marinette. This introduced Marinette’s guardian arc and season 4 heavily focused on her struggles with being one and maintaining peace with Chat Noir. This season also ended with both the love square “moving on” from one another which in turn caused season 4 to focus on their alternative ships.
Season 4 finale ended with Ladybug loosing the miraculous after being swindled by Felix. Felix offering a trade off with Gabriel for the Peacock miraculous. We literally ended with Ladybug having a mental breakdown and Chat Noir comforting her. This introduced the Monarch arc. Season 5 dealt with the consequences of this mistake.
So what I am trying to say each season finale ends with something that makes you wonder what will happen next. It never ends with a final conclusion only introduction to the next big arc. Seeing a weird reality where Gabriel is remembered as a hero despite us seeing him as villainous as ever to the very end isn’t his conclusion it’s a new arc.
i don’t know what is happening to lila in her final scene, but i do know one thing: if lila’s as smart as the writers want us to believe she is, she won’t be going to school to turn everyone against marinette. no, her new identity will be angling for the role of marinette’s best friend.
after all, being marinette’s rival turned out pretty well for marinette, didn’t it? but being chloe’s best friend didn’t turn out so well for chloe.
if she’s smart, she’ll veer away from the outlandish lies about jagged stone and prince ali. if she wants to play marinette like a fiddle, she’ll tell stories about the bullies at her old school and standing up to them. she won’t give adrien a second glance. maybe she’ll even make comments about gabriel agreste and wonder if he was really as great as they say. maybe she’ll ingratiate herself as the perfect confidant for a stressed marinette who’s tired of keeping secrets. even better if she can position herself in opposition to what alya is saying, especially if alya is saying a hard truth marinette doesn’t want to hear.
if she’s smart, marinette won’t even realize she’s the enemy.
Sounds intriguing
I feel like the finale would have benefited from us seeing what Gabe was like before Emilie died. And just firmly establishinh if he was always a trash man or if he was actually a good father and just became psycho this year.
I am so glad Gabe wasn't just Mr evil man
-they probably should have toned down his craziness this season though
Ma'am
