Doctor's orders!
Oh Captain, my Captain.
You know each time I watch this clip I think to myself like wow it really does look like it’s from some vintage gay porno for a second
Always reblog Spock's ''Oh no, he's hot'' scene.
(He's right, of course. And perhaps more than a little bit... Titillated.)
The final drawing, as scanned — with an added frame design. My personal twist on TOS!Spock and his singular beauty.
Alternative scene Spock, if you will. WIP.
No visual reference used. Green ball pen on orange tinted printer paper.
Maybe there's some hope for me yet. WIP.
Do not repost, and whatnot.
Quick 'Dagger of the Mind' doodle. Black ink gel pen on printing paper, bits of white marker here and there (let's be honest, these are all mistakes).
And now, for something a little different. Feat. Mercury (my cat).

This issue would not exist without the hard work and generous support of so many people. Thank you to our incredible team, to every single writer who trusted us with their work, to our fantastic artists Theo and Ris, to all our Kickstarter and Patreon supporters… there would be no OTHERSIDE without each and every one of you.
If you'd like to further support OTHERSIDE...
You can purchase the digital issue (epub/mobi/pdf formats) via Ko-fi or our Patreon Shop. Print is on its way soon, and we'll update this post with that information when it's available.
You can also become a patron over on our Patreon, which comes with BTS content and access to our chaotic and wonderful Discord community.
Tell a friend to check out our website, drop a link to your favorite piece on social media, or share a review of the issue! (Apart from social media, you can leave a review on Goodreads, StoryGraph, Amazon, and probably lots of other places too.) Word of mouth means absolutely everything to us, and in a moment when lots of people would like to make it as hard as possible to find queer stories, your help can make all the difference.
We're so proud of this debut issue and every piece in it. We hope you love every word. 🪐🗡️🌈
They are finally here, after many postal tribulations.
Trans day of every tabloid shuts the fuck up about us forever. Trans day of let us have our healthcare and leave us the fuck alone. Trans day of tearing down the panopticon. Trans day of let us control the narrative instead of deferring to some cis sexologist's hallucination.
From 'Errand of Mercy'. Nimoy's traits are so singular it is a challenge to get his Spock right.
I worked on this all day yesterday only to post it the day after. Happy (belated) Birthday to James T. Kirk & William Shatner!
T'Lyn-inspired F!Spock.
Update: as of Q1 2027, I'll officially be registered as an Artist/Writer at the URSSAF — essentially a conglomerate of private companies that collect employee and employer social security contributions.
As a result, I will try to make public price estimates for services that I could render in the next months or so.
To anyone who intends on supporting another artist: your support means more than I can formulate. Genuine appreciation for art is our lifeblood.
------------
Life update: if I manage to get an appointment with an endocrinologist by June, I should be able to start HRT in the weeks that will follow. Next year, I will also undergo surgery as part of my medical transition.
I attempted something I hadn't in years: a ballpen portrait. What I changed about it that I used no visual reference at all for this one, so you can better see my actual style overall.
He's too beautiful and elegant not to draw, regardless. 🖖

Warm-up Kirk color sketch. Been a while.
