Hi ! You may remember that gemsona I sent you a while ago, maybe a couple months ago or so. She’s Ametrine, a defective Amethyst whose gemstone transformed due to the heat it was exposed to while incubating in the kindergarten. She was saved by a technician’s Pearl, who ran away with her and a fluorite guard when she discovered what happened to defective gems when they come out wrong. They stole a Ruby ship and took shelter on a non gem controlled planet. You gave me colour advices for her, so I made a clearer drawing with the raw colours on it. Her gem is still in her left palm, and her weapon is still the same as Ruby’s, a stone gauntlet. She’s roughly 6'5 feet tall, like a regular Quartz soldier. Got any more advice ?

Ah yes I remember Ametrine~ I always liked how you designed them :) I like the changes you made! It definitely fits in with your story that Ametrine was an Amethyst that went through some sort of transformation. I also like your story plot because I do see Homeworld destroying Ametrine’s gem or performing experiments on them to figure out what went differently in the formation process. The only recommendation I have is making the hair slightly lighter so it stands out against the skin. But overall, Ametrine looks great!

Hey everyone! I work 40+ hours a week but there were numerous problems this month that tapped into our finances. I work late nights, so while I can bus to work, I have to Uber home as I don’t drive and it’s the least expensive option to me currently. Until the end of the month, I have to squirrel every cent I make, hoping to get rent before the first of the month.
