I think Field Roast may quite easily take the win for best vegan meats and cheeses on the market- yes, the MARKET! They just don't try to be anything more or less than exactly what they are, and it WORKS! You don't actually have to be vegan to enjoy foods from Field Roast, it's that good!

Anyone who lift knows the beating we take on our muscles, so for me squeezing in my weekly bath sessions is super mandatory! I try to stick with all natural and organic brands, one of my favorite: Shea Moisture. Im currently using/obsessed with this lavender bath salt.
