First time cooking a whole chicken! Le Family and my bb all said nice! Yaye! Whole chicken feast success! With improvised chicken soup and chicken rice. Cheated on the rice part cos saw a chicken rice sauce. Will be trying to do the rice with raw ingredients next round. Soup cooked with the bones after removing meat. Will challenge more complex dishes next time when have free time. For those interested, this is not too hard to prepare. Very thankful to boss @_chinhong_ for giving me the opportunity to be taken under your wing. For the past 1 year providing endless support and guidance and platforms for me. Always pushing me forward and constantly reminding me to not stay in the comfort zone. 2017 was not an easy year with many obstacles but you always help me fight and overcome challenges, constantly encourage me and keep me on track when I get distracted and kick me up when I get down. Always planning ahead for me so I don’t have to overthink and can stay focus in executing my primary job which is helping people get their protection coverage. It was a good trip. Finally managed to go for this road trip I have been dreaming about. No doubt it was a long, tiring and sometimes dangerous journey but it was fulfilling and fun! The stay at Ipoh and Penang was extremely enjoyable with lovely friends and good food. Nothing more I could have asked for. Life’s simplest enjoyment is having food on the table and a few good friends by your side.
