Hello little ones on my phone!

If you’re like me and struggle with sleep due to a loud mind not being able to quiet down I have some ideas for you!

The only thing that has been able to help me sleep is by regressing every night. I imagine scenarios with my imaginary cgs and it helps settle my mind. I also have a few resources for when my brain is extra loud and I can’t hear my imagination:

⭐️ Bedtime stories with Bink and Dayn: a lovely Australian couple who make videos reading bedtime stories! I find their voices so soothing and they even have Bluey books! Sometimes they read a little too fast for my sleepy brain to process so I often turn the speed down a notch :)

⭐️ Agere ASMR playlist: A youtube playlist I made of agere comfort audios and sleep aids (all sfw of course!)

⭐️ Sleepy music playlist: A spotify playlist I made of music that helps me sleep
