Hi my name is Kim and this is my health blog. I am working on becoming half the woman I once was. I am doing this with the help of Herbalife and exercise. I have been slacking big time.  Back to the gym tonight so I prepare for my next 5K on Thanksgiving.  Shit that's only a week away.

I ran my first 5K yesterday. :)

I think I might train now for a 10K and run the Boulder Boulder this year.

I have started a new job which is very good.  It's pretty much a dream job for me, but it keeps me busy every second of the work day and follows me home in my head.  Lots of stress but I love it.   This why I haven't posted in quite a while.  So what else is going on with me?  I am up to 2 miles running now 1 mile to go before I'm ready for my 5K in October.  I had hit a wall with my weight loss which stalled my loss for the last 7 months, so I decided to give something new a try and joined Weight Watchers and I am now back on track.  6 lbs lost in the last 3 weeks.  It really works folks.

I have a new Granddaughter due to arrive sometime next month.  She will be my second grandchild all within 7 months time.   Life is good for me right now.  I really feel like I have everything I want and need.  I have the love of my life, my loving family, great friends, new job and health.  Really feeling on the top of the world right now.

Starting a new job Aug 6th.  Things really feel like they are turning around for me and at this moment I couldn't be happier.
