Yea I’ve heard! I haven’t had a chance to watch them myself yet but I think it’s cool!
Personally, I’m doubtful. And I don’t even really know how I’d feel about a third installment. On one hand, it’d be nice for a crumb of more content from this universe. And on the other, I can’t help but wonder if a third game, made ten years after the second and by a new studio and with new creatives, would manage to capture and replicate what made that first game so excellent. Even Dishonored 2 was a near miss for me and I outright despise Death of the Outsider.
Either way, I’m eager to see! What do you guys think?
I wrote my fair share of x reader fics when I was getting started, but I gotta ask: what’s the appeal to those fics where the author writes something completely nondescript and allows the reader to choose the character from a selected list? Like as a reader, what do you get out of that?

the O'Farrell ladies are on my mind lately (when are they not) and the public Dishonored gift exchange creation period is gonna be starting soon, so I've been focusing most of my artistic energy on finishing Moira's ref sheet. it's slow going, but I aim to finish by the end of the week! (wish me luck 😫🫠)
Moira is going to have a few dresses and maybe one (1) pantsuit in the lineup. I started with a dress she would wear for work.
I'm also sitting on a couple of thumbnails for portraits of Sylvia and Maeve that I'll make mockups for.............eventually..........................I have commission work and gifts for others that take priority.
the third thumbnail is unrelated to anything: I wasn't sure what to do with it, so I just sketched a random landscape. for reasons I haven't uncovered yet, I strongly associate Maeve (and her daughter) with willow trees.
and those are my WIPs for this week! I also have that aforementioned commission work, but I like to keep my commission sketches private, so I won't be sharing those here.
buuuuuuuut as a lil bonus, I'll add some Moira hair exploration sketches under the cut. I'm gonna explore hats with some of these styles, but I've been sitting on these sketches for a minute and I'm too excited to share them. so y'all get a sneak peak ;)
I actually can't remember if I've already shared these and if so. BLEH. you see them again!
Her original styles are still the best, but I really love the Queen Bee and I wanna work it into at least one of her outfits.
