A tasty mix of sweet honey and sour Dijon mustard gives juicy chicken breasts flavor, making a meal that can be frozen and is great for busy days.
Ingredients: 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup honey. 1/2 cup Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Add olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together. In a large plastic bag that can be closed again, put chicken breasts. Spread the honey-Dijon mix out over the chicken, making sure every piece is covered. Close the bag and rub the chicken with the marinade. Lay the bag flat in the freezer and freeze it until you're ready to use it. Let the chicken thaw overnight in the fridge before you cook it. Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put the chicken and the marinade in a baking dish. Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, basting it with the marinade every now and then, until it's fully cooked. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with fresh herbs.
