I came out to my mom, and I've never felt better.

I've been stewing over coming out for years, worrying what may happen to me if I tell anyone. Let alone my own mother. But I did it. We were out to breakfast, just us two, and we started talking abt my friend who now has a girlfriend and has come out as bi. My mom said "Oh even I knew she was bi" in response. So. I decided to pop the dreadful truth: "I'm bisexual...maybe even pansexual." And yknow what she said? "I was waiting on you to tell me." And I was relieved. And while on the subject, we discussed my gender. She knew that too. And we have both been so happy since.
