I'm picturing Dunk well into his pregnancy scolding Egg with Maeker watching in the background, like he's seen his wife pregnant with all their babes and even she would scold people and their own pups if she thought they were being too rowdy. It's one of the many reasons they had as many kids as they did. Maeker loves a person who can put him in his place.
Here is Dunk flushed red in the face, belly protruding softly from his new sleep dress, hands on hips, and foot tapping impatiently. The window is casting a soft halo around him, and even annoyed, his eyes are still a lovely blue, even with them flashing in annoyance. His chest is moving softly, and you can tell his body is preparing to nurse the newest pup. He's become soft in his body with the touch of motherhood approaching him.
Here is a knight of the nine kindgoms laid bare for childrearing. He's still a force to be reckoned with if his time out in the yard has anything to say for it. Maeker had blacksmiths come and mearure him recently so he could still train. Maeker's blood is rushing south, and maybe what people say about him and Dyanna having a thing for making kids is true.
Completely oblivious Dunk sighs and bodily picks Egg up and places him on his hip and walks away to their rooms, Maeker faints from the blood rush.
He wakes up in his bed and asks which servants he has to give his thanks. Embarrassing enough to have passed out because of his thoughts, but for servants to have seen him and brought him to his chambers to sleep was humiliating.
"Ser Dunk carried you here, sire, and put you to bed," Is his answer back. He nearly tracks down Dunk just to get him with child again. He refrains and lays back. Another seven children should be acceptable. Maybe he'll even let Aegon name one. He was the one to bring Maeker and Dunk together after all.
