An Update

Hey y'all! I'm not dead, I've just been sulking.

The art minor program didn't work out due to a fun little issue with timing and some fuckass law specific to transfer students, so I'm shit out of luck and sorta conceding defeat.

I'll still make art regardless, but it just sucks it felt like I had a possible future and I'm back to zilch.

Luckily I'm just more sad now than gutted and furious.

I can't meal prep to save my life but fucking off into the college campus woods is so great. To just have a little burner and hot soup is so good. I don't really have any vices and I know a good chunk of people come out to smoke here because it;s a smoke free campus but. I could totally see a group of people sitting on a hill w food and pipes.

I might try to bring some tea w me next week.

Hey y'all quick update! The college semester has started and things are gonna be rough. I'm going to be dragged round the rodeo again. Taking classes every day of the week with three art ones at once w some of my final history requirements. I might do well or I might get fucked.

I'll probably get better and I might be able to post some things at some point on here. Maybe during one of the breaks? But the workload and schedule are huge. I'm talking down to classes at 8am (with a 6am bus) and the first solid meal being well into the afternoon.

Here's to hoping that I don't go insane!

I do have one thing going for me and that's the crumbs of affirmation at my drawing skill. I haven't been graded in close to a decade and having an old southern man say I can draw has me feeling great.

PSPSPSP AWIL NATION!!!! Happy Halloween! Still kinda pissed that another year goes by I'm to busy to do anything special for my favorite time of year. Started this as a warmup just for shits and giggles but this thing has brought me so much joy that I might print this out and put it on my wall for when I need serotonin. AAWIL holds a special place in my heart being both the movie that made me love horror and the magic of practical special effects!

I don't know how much of a fandom there is online, but I figured it'd be appreciated if I put this out on the internet! I'm swamped with college, but when this is done I'll post it here too. Really wish I could be more active but life LOVES throwing things at me.
