Thé soft muffled sound of the world going on outside , the rain trickling down the windows , the honking of cars all wanting to go back home . It was a normal evening In New York . 

Although it wasn’t for me , tonight was mine and Mattheo’s 5th anniversary eve. And lately , he’s always been coming home late , his clothes sloppy and his hair messy . I’m not sure what that has to do with the meetings for the new market restock . But it makes sense for meetings like his to take a long time.

~Ok so this is my first imagine ever or the first thing i have ever put on tumblr so please bear with me~

summary : you’re working too much again so namjoon takes it upon him to get you to relax

There were endless words to describe your day ,  which was just bad . 

For starters , you had woken up late since you forgot to charge your phone .

So quickly putting on some clothes you tried to call an uber .

But you had forgot to pay your phone bill .

And since it was 7 am there were no taxis ,so  you had to walk for an hour and a half before making it to work . 

Then getting there your boss yelled at you for 15 minutes ,then spent another 15 lecturing you on punctuality . 

So he gave you all the old and new menus to sort out as punishment 

Then to told you to clean the bathrooms and serve the customers ( who were all extremely rude ).

After work which ended at 7 you went home and got some schoolwork done . Specifically :

A 2 page essay on the jfk assassination 

Two biology testaments as to why the human body responds to bacteria the way it does 

 1 French grammar exercise in which you had to copy correctly a two paragraph story

Deciding that was enough m you sat up from your couch and to the little kitchenette area . 

Where you pull out some ramen from your cupboard adding water and putting it in the microwave for about 3 minutes. 

You notice your now charged phone on the counter and decide to check it only to be met my 21 texts and 3 missed calls  from " joonieee ❤️😩🤤🔐" .

Automatically you call him back , waiting the last minute for the ramen to be done .
