I am doing a Maglor with his horse drawing, and I need help with the saddle and bridle. Here are some reference photos of what I was thinking - the last picture is a picture of how I imagine his horse.
What horse tack should MaglorÂŽs horse have?
Option 1 - in grey or red
Option 2 - in grey and red
Option 3 - in red
Option 4 - in red and silver
One of the four options but in another colour
Something else - please explain or send refrence

His horse is inspired by a Havana grey, but larger, as I HC it is a mixed breed of Valinor and Beleriand horses, so not that much larger but still taller.

I like #3. If this is for the Gap years, I don't think his tack would be too fancy, not for everyday use. He'd be out there patrolling in sometimes rough conditions -- dirt, dust, rain, mud -- and slaughtering orcs; and tack has to be cleaned every time you use it. Although perhaps he has some fancier stuff for when he visits his brothers or other special occasions? For anything leather, consider what kind of natural dyes would have been available.
For a name, my mind goes first to grey things -- if you want an Elvish name, there are canon words for cloud, mist, and silver (also silverlike) that you could add to to create a name. A word for swift exists, too. (Maybe try pairing up swift+wind if you envision them as a fast horse?) Maybe if he named her himself there would have been some reference to music in the name? (Maybe something like Silver Song?) If the horse was born after the ban on Quenya, I'm guessing they would have been given a Sindarin name, so I'd use the Sindarin forms for words.

Robin of Sherwood is fantastic. Where has this series been my whole life??? Iâm only one episode in, but I feel like Iâm twelve again and reading the Robin Hood legends by Pyle all over again!!âI adore the 80s charm, Robin is simply adorable and perfectly cast, Marian is gorgeous and wonderfully down to earth (âyouâre like a May morningâ ahhh I am Unwell đ« đ), Guy of Gisburneâs baby face definitely made me do a double take, ahhh I already know Iâll be binging at least the first season.

Its probably about all the small details that change how it happens. While I don't tend to write much romance-centric fic, I do read a lot, and its so much fun to see all the different ways people write them, either coming together or dealing with problems together or ending tragically. Its fun!
