Dandelion season is upon us!
Dandelion’s are a neat little weed, unique because EVERY PART of the plant is safe for consumption! Yes, the heads, the leaves and stems, the roots, are all safe to eat. Not to mention the health benefits of dandelion’s and all the nutrients found inside. Here are some recipes I’ve found that are dandelion centric!
EDIT: Please remember to pick dandelions that have not been sprayed with pesticides or fertilizers! Stay safe.
