Updates on the new houseeee: Dining room is complete! We're almost done moving in! This last Week Has been sooooo stressful, and I've Literally Gotten no Sleepš . I still managed to run a couple miles everyday, though!
Here is some updated progress pictures. Excuse my face and hair! I was looking pretty rough!
So this week's meal prep will consist of #TacoTuesday leftoversš.(Minus the Corona, of course! š ) Since I'm moving to the new house this week, I've been avoiding doing any major shopping and cooking. ..so tacos it is! I have to be up at 4am to get ready for workš©. Not looking forward to it.
I usually do a soak at least once a week, after the gym. I love using Village Naturals Therapy products. Literally the best. I have their daytime bath salts products, and their night time bubble bath. I'm resting easy tonight, for sure.
What I've been doing for the last 3 hours.
Real talk though, Thanksgiving food is over rated. I've literally been bloated all day. I'm so over it, man.

Good Moaninā! (Or afternoon. ..?) I went to the gym this morning, before enjoying the holiday cheer. I didnāt do much, I just ran 3 miles while listening to my father (Kanye Westš ). In the mornings for the last few months, Iāve been mixing this Green Superfood Supplement powder, by Amazing Grass, in my fruit and veggie juices/smoothies. The powder is wonderful, and helps with getting your daily vegetable intake ( and keeps you āregularā too). I definitely recommend it. Itās around $30 with your GNC membership. Wow, Iāve been away for over a year now. So many updates. I started this fitblr back in 2013 in attempts to find, love, and become a healthy version of myself. I lost 30 pounds in the first 3 months of my journey, and never looked back. I definitely had my ups and downs, I must say. Emotional eating, and trying to contain my initial weight loss. ..it was rough. There was a point where I gained all of my weight back. I was depressedā¦.still trying to figure everything out. Now, November 23rd,2016, Iām proud to say that Iāve matured SO much, and learned so much about myself. Iām back down to my smallest weight (just 5 pounds shy), and I must say that I am happy. I am happy to have the resilience and dedication to keep going. ..and inspire others as well. While I have been gone, so much has happened. Iāve purchased my first brand new car, endured some college, started a new job working in an animal hospital, and I will be soon moving into a new house with my cousin. I will also be participating in my first 5k with my twin sister, in 3 days. Iām so ecstatic. Iām so blessed. I plan to dedicate my time back to my blog to spread the good news of hope and positivityā¦.to continue pursuing what I consider my happinessā¦.follow me on my journeyā¦. Peace and Love. Erika

Lmfao, I know, I know. Im embarrasing myself with putting up this gif⦠but hey, Im a fantastic chef, if I dont say so my damned self.
Okay, with all foolishness aside, I made another basic āice creamā. I was craving chocolate once again and I only had strawberries and bananas in my house, (We need to go to the store) soā¦. I blended the fruit up with vanilla extract, cinnamon, a tablespoon of water (for a smooth finish), and teaspoon of cocoa powder.Ā
One word: Bomb.
Soooooo good, if you couldnt already tell via the gif. So, my advice is that if you are craving chocolateā¦strawberries/bananas dipped in chocolate, pull out that blender with some cocoa and make a guilt free treat!
