I actually don't hate how they bring back Jay's memories. Kinda wish they make a bigger deal of his hair though. Can you imagine if they did a Mulan and have him cut his hair dramatically.

And everyone just roll their eyes like "great, Jay's back!"
Also they bring back Morrow! Even if that was a little bit....( a win is a win I guess)
Love everything in Sora's group!! Frak actually got some character arc. My boy!! Wlydfyre was the best thing to ever happen to this show.
So many people have trauma about the Land of Monsters... I wonder if that's going to be important for Kai....
things I would change for this season would be (most of these are for Lloyds...)
Have Lloyd fight his oni self in the trial
make him act more mystical and spiritual after finishing said trial.
Like when they ask him where to find the threat in the woods. Instead of just saying "I'm not sure" he added "but the roots/whispers will show us the way" leaves float and transitions to the gang fighting.
Have Arin's line changed from "Lloyd can't be failing!" to "Lloyd never gave up on me! So I won't give up on him!"
Have Lloyd bring the gang (Zane and the rest) using cool green power to the main battle.
Like suddenly the roots come out from the ground and it unravel to reveal them.
Have him dramatically walked across the battle field untouched and go "you reign of terror ends here Beatrix!" Cool transformation sequence.
Also have Lloyd use more nature based attacks. (You don't have to make him use it all the time maybe in big battles only..)
the final battle was a bit to long for me. Like they drag it out to much. But it was ok. I like how chaotic it was.
Kinda wish that La row was the one to help us with the incantations. Like a last minute redemption moment.
also what do you mean Cole didn't get a dragon form!! Justice for cole! (But I guess he did get a golem form....)
For the ending we get Lloyd looking over the team and smiling. But have him looking at some leaves float with the winds to the sky. As if he knows the universe is telling him that this is the calm before the storm. But he will be ready for it . They will be ready for it.
No words just expressions
And you can have ras does his villain stuff...
I hope we get see more of the source dragons!

Despite everything I don't want Wu to just come back. Cause it feels like that would just ruin most of the character development for most of the OG ninja. I hope he would actually passed and move to the spectral land.
I actually made the original sketches in December 2025. I don't really have the motivation to finish this but maybe I'll come back to it. (Also I don't know what past me was drinking when I made to original storyboard but I can't understand anything pass the coloured scene.)
I am pretty proud of it so I'm just gonna post this here. (Don't pay attention to the constantly changing art style (╥﹏╥)

So the au is supposed to follow crystallization season (I know that season kinda suck) where Lloyd unlock his Oni side.
But his Oni side never left and he become obsessed with trying to find ways to stop it or suppress it.
I got inspired by the lyric "I am the saviour of this world" in the song and the banter between the Emily and the doctor (I don't remember her name)
The whole story is a lesson on how Lloyd needs to learn to accept both sides of himself.
Also the Oni and Lloyd are supposed to have different colours eyes and when Lloyd close his eyes at the end it's just Lloyd and the Oni is just in his head.
The story begins with Leo wanting to do a training session where they will pull out a name from a hat on who will be the leader of the team for a day.
Kinda like a "just because we're in space, doesnt mean we're going to neglect our training!" moment.
Raph's name got picked.
S1/2 Raph would have been ecstatic to get the leader title but S4 Raph would just freak out.
Like"what was Leo thinking? Leaving me in charge!"
He spent the whole time feeling nervous from the pressure. Even though logically speaking raph would have been fine leading the mission. The mistake he makes are like minor stuff, but he wants to do his best.
doesnt help that the rest of the team doesn't have that much high hopes on him either.

Leo pull out Raph name from the hat
Leo : "oh, I guess Raph leading the mission today!"
Raph: "WHAT!?"
Donnie: "oh, this will end well"
April: "cmon guys! Raph has many great qualities! I think.."
Casey :" oh man! This gonna be hilarious!"
Mikey : "you got this bruh! But if you don't want it, I could lead us for the day"
leo spend the whole day slowly assisting Raph but in a he gives him a clue every now and then. Just supporting. Like "hey maybe we should talk to that guy for information!" Or "what about that vent? We could try to escape from there!"
Raph also tried to lead like how Leo would lead the team but it doesn't work cause he's not leo. And he doesn't want to try his way cause he already did that in the early season. And we know how that goes.

Raph feeling down for not doing a good job at leading.
Raph : why are you making me do this? I'm not made for leading!
Leo: Raph, I genuinely did this for just a fun training session.
Raph: so you're having fun watching me fail! Or am I supposed to fail? Is this some sick lesson about my issues or something!?
Leo: what? no! Raph, l- today would have turned out the same it did if I was leading.
Raph:....
Leo : look I know you have the potential to lead this team to greatness but you need to believe in yourself to do that. okay?

At some point things started going well that raph feels like, oh maybe I can do this. And then Mikey and Leo got kidnapped or something.
Raph and Donnie started freaking out.
Raph: what do we do!?
donnie: I don't know!? why are you asking me!?
Raph : cause you're the smart guy!
Donnie: oh yeah! You're the leader!
Meanwhile Mikey and Leo in some high tech cages.
Mikey : so what the plan Leo?
Leo: hmm, I guess we'll wait for Raph and Donnie to save us.
Mikey: what!? We're not even gonna try anything?
Leo: I mean, we can't do anything. They took all of our weapons.
Mikey looking at Leo in disbelief
Leo: we'll be fine. Raph's got this.
Mikey: help! Help! I need help! I don't want to be stuck with crazy scary calm Leo anymore!
Donnie would be the one that actively challenges raph's decisions through the day. It made Raph stop and like "was I this bad with Leo?"
But the mission did well cause Raph actually believes in himself and the team to do his plan that was his way. They save Leo and Mikey and everyone went back to the ship.

the end is Raph talking to Leo.
Raph: hey man, I just need say that Im sorry I use to give you such a hard time.
Leo: no worries raph. If anything I needed the challenge, you know gotta keep me on my toes.
Raph : yeah, so uh you can have the leader position back cause there is no way I'm doing this again!
Leo: ha ha, ok, but I know if we ever need to pick someone else as leader I know I can count on you!
The all went to they're station. And the others congratulate Raph for the mission being a success
Raph having a "maybe I am a pretty good leader!"
The team was quiet for but before Leo pulled out the hat again.
Leo: so, who wants to be leader next?
Everyone:NO!
They do that comic panel thing as they all ran away from the hat. End episode.
The reason I want to do season 4 is because there less stake in the season than all the others. And fugitoid would be the greatest guy for this
He would be told "oh Raph the leader for today"
And he would go "oh! Very well, where should we go today Raphael?" Like he would not questions anything. He'll just keep going , being supportive, the same way if Leo was leading
Throughout the whole thing, Raph would keep looking at Leo for reassurance when he makes any decisions. And Leo would just gives him thumbs ups. Think how adorable the scenes would go!
The team honestly were just waiting for Raph to mess up stuff and Leo would just go" ok that's enough" and take charge again. But he was weirdly calm throughout the whole thing.
I want a distinction in sensei Leo and splinter in their way of teaching the team.(Also build up for sensei Leo)
and the fact that this would have been one of the best way to show Raph 's character development. At how he's matured and gotten better at dealing with his flaws. They make him wanting to be leader in the story seems so important in the early seasons and then they never mention it again. He failed and that was it. I think it will be good for him to try to redeem himself.
Also just a scene I thought wou be funny to have.
Leo: you got this Raph!
Raph: Leo, the last time I lead the team, we got our butts kicked by snake weed. Snake weed!
Leo : Raph, when have any of our missions didn't went wrong?
Raph: well ,when you put it that way...
leo: exactly ! I'm not perfect and you don't need to be perfect either.
im on the path of petty revenge by repressesing my memories so hard about people I don't like so that in the chances of us meeting again I just go "who are you again?" But in a genuine tone.

But seriously, the comic only teased us about them but they didn't actually reach 3rd form in it. I have to say while I'm usually not a big fan of going too far astray from the comic. This one might be a reasonable rewrite. Cause let's be honest the original comic for baraju arc was a bit lacking. Soooo not bad monsta!
i don't really like the designs though. Idk maybe I just prefer the more fantasy-like design in the comic like rimba and beliung design. But it doesn't bother me much. Ngl, I kinda hope they keep rimba's ori design (but that most likely not going to happen)
Thought the series ended on a bit too sad vibe. Idk if there's a follow up to that? Or something? We'll just wait and see I guess.
(I actually did watch the papa zola movie (didn't feel like writing it's own post at the time (-_-;). 10/10 experience! The beginning was rough but the ending was super fun! I was loosing my mind over all the easter eggs and references they put in, it was brilliant! BoBoiBoy and Gopal as monsters was super adorable! I would love to have them as merch or something.)
Probably not the most original idea since this one has been done a lot in other fics but this is just how I would do it.
This is like a quick summary. I might write more details to stuff if I feel like it.
Ok let's just do this as simple as possible.
Season 1
The introduction season. We meet the main cast as well the the overlords.
Each character have a dedicated episode to them. Some ep are pairings and our main bad guys are the overlords. Mostly Valentino.
Charlie did the whole talk to Adam and it was bad. Extermination is happening in 6 months, not ideal for anyone. They have to prove the hotel works or the extermination is coming early or heaven might make it that this is a permanent schedule. But she doesn't tell the group cause she wants to the strong and dependent leader. So she tries her best to speedrun this thing but nothing is working until she broke down and the whole gang found out. They told her that she was stupid for trying to carry everything on her own and they hug and stuff. And tried to work together to find a solution.
Biggest focus is angel dust. Mainly his problem with Valentino. There a whole plot about overlords not liking them cause if the redemption thing works then they would be loosing souls. So we fight most of them about this.
They spent the whole season working on relationship and making themselves better. Especially about their crimes on earth.
Finale for this season, the gang make a whole presentation to show to Adam to convince him that this hotel will work, sing a song and everything. Only for him to go "nope" and broadcast the fact that extermination is coming earlier than expected. The season ended with the whole group stumped, hell is in a mast panic and alastor just went "well that productive!" Vaggie told him to shut up.
Maybe this whole season happens in the span of 3-5 months? I'm not sure about that...
Season 2
The overlords have a meeting. Extermination is happening in a few more months/ a month. (Depends on what suits better) Nothing is prepared and from the looks of it, the main cast might be the reason. So it's time for damage control. Velvet reveal the whole angels can be killed stuff.
Charlie tried to fix this. She had to contact her dad, Lucifer, who she has not talked to in forever. We got the s1 ep5 stuff. Lucifer agrees to get them a meeting with heaven. (Though I do think this whole convince Lucifer thing and Charlie rekindling with her dad should be at least a few ep like 2 ep or something?)
Charlie and Vaggie went to heaven to stop the upcoming war. We got the whole ep6. Now it's when things really start to go down.
Charlie is now task with actual preparing for war. Problem we spent the first season by pissing off most if not all the overlords. You know the powerful people we need help from. So they tried their best to do that. Also all of hell hates them now.
In the background the vees started their own plot.
Charlie tried to appeal to the overlords. They refuse to help her since this is her teams mess and personal stuff. Until for some reason Vox decided to back her up. And actually convinced the overlord gang to help her. It the "we live here and no one wants the extermination to be more frequent".(Whatever he did in 'bad with us'). Charlie is ecstatic that some of the overlord might actually be good people.
The Vees have a plan to take over hell by taking down as many overlords during the big fight. Cause no one is gonna bat an eye to a demon dying during extermination. It's just gonna be sad and unfortunate than suspicious.
Alastor, Vaggie and husk does not trust them one bit. But we still need their help.
I don't think all of the overlords will help but most of them will. They all provide something for the battle like Rosie employed the cannibals to help, Carmilla provided weapons. It said that the vees are planning something too. Like apparently Vox and Carmilla are collaborating on a weapon but it might not be ready. (And Carmilla was hoping not to use it)
I do think there should be plot about heaven a bit but Idk.
(I'm not sure if the final battle should be a whole new season or like a two/three part ep)
the final battle is here. The gang is ready. Everyone fought side by side. Alastor was supposed to fight Adam but he disappeared. So Charlie fought Adam. Vaggie fight lute and all that jazz. Lucifer show up fought Adam. Adam dies and the battle is won. But the vees are nowhere to be found. Carmilla realise that the weapon was being activated.
(This can be like a few hours ago thing)
The Vees on the other hand is scheming in the background. Alastor realize this and confront vox. Alastor thought that the plan was to take over hell but instead Vox revealed that he wanted to take over heaven and become god or something. So everyone agrees he's insane and tried to stop him. Alastor and Vox fight. Vox active the weapon from S2. Almost killed half of hell. Val and Velvet realise he's actually insane when he almost killed them too. So they tried to stop him.
Cut to the gang from the last scene. Everything is caught up. Now everyone is trying to stop the weapon and stop Vox. Alastor and him fought.
The weapon overcharged and almost take all of hell out. But everyone come together and stop the explosion from happening. Vox either dies from his injuries or you could make him kill himself like the suicidal man that he is. Alastor tries to stop it but was too late and he dies. Vox death was unclear that he would regenerate or it was permanent.
The battle is won. Sir Pentious still does and get redeem.
The epilogue shows everyone celebrating. Charlie do a whole monologue of what happened. The sinners cleaning up the street, hell no longer have extermination. The vees are dealing with fact they lost one of them. The gang rebuild the hotel and mourn pentious. Alastor was walking down the street when he met the newly regenerated Vox but something is different.
And in heaven, Emily and Sera found Pentious who is redeem. Lute meet up with Lilith.
And that is how I will do a re write. Personally i love all the songs in s2. It's just the plot feels rushed. As if the writers got to excited to do that plot they just abandoned the main gang.
I'm gonna try to figure out which song can be salvage for my version of a re write.
Before you say that 'the show was a bit choppy cause they didn't have time and enough episodes.' I have put that into consideration and this is written with the limitations in mind. Sure I stretch it out a bit.. but! You have to admit they didn't need to speedrun the whole "let's fight heaven thing" in s1. They could have dragged it out for a season or 2. It's 6 months! You can do a lot with that.
dont get me wrong. I love the season (mainly for the Vees) Is it a masterpiece in my book? not really. It great but with flaws.
I mean what I said, Vox feel like he should have died in that big fight. But not in the permanent way like Adam.

For a show with 'sinners can come back after dying in hell' as a rule in the world, they are really scare to kill characters. Like you can kill the cast and make them come back but that doesn't make the deaths have less weight. They did still die.
And I think vox arc felt a bit rushed. Like there's supposed to be some build up to it. I feel like it would have been more fun to watch him lose his mind if we don't see him spiralling at all throughout the show until that very moment.
And his fight between the Vees in that big battle would have more weight if he was shown to be the level headed one in the group. Like in s1.
Imagine if we spent like a season or two with Valentino or Velvet doing stuff. While Vox is just in the background, supporting them. Not really fully committed to what their doing but not stopping them either. Until they went to far and pull them out of their mess. He is the more stable feeling of the three.(Sure he can still lose his cool when it comes to alastor.)
So when he did lose his stuff, the scene have more impact. Cause before he was the voice of reason. He was the one to find the solution. I'm not saying he's perfect and a saint. But Vox was more composed, always in control, his real emotions barely shows. Then he lost it and decided to take everyone down with him when the plan went wrong. Valentino and Velvet can't stop him because he never done this before. (Not like Valentino angry fits or Velvet brash decisions) They almost talked him out of it but he refused.
Sure, they could use force like in cannon where Val just ripped his head off. But I feel like Vox should have died. It's not about sinners or winners. It's not about heaven and hell. But about his own personal problems he never fix and ego.
And frankly I would use Vox's death for alastor character arc. But that's another post by itself.
(this is where I started writing my own fic- I mean my own version of how I would have done the plot!)
What if the plot is Charlie having to gather up all the overlord to fight against heaven in the s1 finale. And vox is one of the main guy who is weirdly supporting her also one of the main reason that the the overlords are helping the main cast. Like he helped Charlie convince them. You can use the "I live here and I don't want to die from extermination and lose the souls under me" as a reason. Most of the group just let it slide. Characters like vaggie and alastor does not trust him at all. Then it's revealed that he did have bigger motif.
Alastor thought that Vox's big plan was to take out as many overlords as possible during the extermination. Cause this one they are actually out in the open (I'm assuming the overlords just usually hide and wait it out, like in the pilot) so that he can become the top of hell. When it's later reveal that vox actually was aiming for heaven. Maybe even the Val and Velvet didn't know about that part. As far as their concern the plan was to take over hell, but hey it still works so they just go with it. But then it just go like how S2 went. Vox almost taking out half of hell. That the fight turn to be about stopping him. Maybe not all of the cast. Charlie and the gang could be taking down Adam and the Vees with maybe alastor take down Vox.(Maybe some other overlords too)
They take down the exorcists and killed Adam. Vox dies and his plan failed.
also another thing I have been wondering. Idk if Viv has answered this somewhere else but if sinners died and they had done modification to themselves, would they come back as how they were or their original first form when the first spawn?
Cause it would be funny if someone like Vox,who canonically upgrade his body, dies and come back as his original form.
hello just ranting(mostly yapping) about my favourite anime of all time! Dr. stone.

So it's kinda unclear what the medusas/why man really is, like we know they are some form of advanced parasite and that's pretty much it. But the fact that they are intelligent living being is quite interesting if you think about it.
Ok correct me if I'm wrong but the medusa doesn't actually need the "one metre, one second" command to use petrification right? They can just choose if they want to petrified things by themselves. That means that by logic, medusa can just not let out the petrification beam even if someone give the command.
... Honestly if that's true, then what a bunch of jerks! (This part is mostly directed to ibara whole nonsense)Their whole existent before their intelligence was discovered was basically 'play dumb' . It has been confirmed that Why-man can speak normally with proper grammar and sentences structure. Ok, the first time they had to use Morse code. But after being able to copy Senku's voice, they have shown that they could modify and replicate human sentences.
Like Senku never said the diameter of the earth into the phone. So they are not just copying voices and are not limited. They are not recording his voice and chopping it up for their usage. Instead copying his voice to say what they want.
They can made new sentences. Basically they know the words it's just that they didn't have a voicebox yet. I do find it interesting that at some point they just learn human language or they somehow translate their language or something?
The next thing is, ok this part is really unclear and I personally want to see how they explained and interpret it in the anime but the medusa can deliberately choose what to petrifed. I mean we have seen that in the early episodes and manga chapters that only swallows was being petrified. Now we are not sure if the medusa can send specific beams or they can just send out a big beam and choose what to petrifed.
I think it's number two, because the animals around them doesn't turn to stone. But that bugs the question. Can the beam only be seen by the targets only. Cause if they just sent out big random beams to petrified swallows, then don't you this humans would have seen something? But instead they don't, and they only see the beam when they were going to be petrified. It kinda interesting to think about it.
But let's go back to scenario number one. If the medusa can send specific beams. Imagine scenario 2 like throwing a bucket of water onto a group of people but you were only targeting person A. But person B and C also got wet. If it's scenario 1, the medusa beam are like a squirting gun. You can shoot only person A and person B and C will not wet.
To say that the medusa can't do it feels underestimating it. Why-man did promised senku that if he did succeed in making the time machine work, then he would send a beam to where byakuya died. But only byakuya.
Unless the specifics in scenario 2 is much more complex that it was. Like they are not choosing just specific species but individuals. But that doesn't sound efficient, to focus on each individuals to petrified them sounds stupid unless you just choose a species and petrified them. But maybe the rules of petrification isn't as set in stone as we thought. (Pun very much intended) <(￣︶￣)>
Honestly this whole thing is way to advance to figure out but I think it's very cool that author double down on the weirdness instead of playing it safe. I do find kinda funny that Senku was technically correct in his hypothesis on petrification. Like in the early episodes where he theorize that petrification was a result of a virus, aliens and an invasion plan. Technically all came true!! ^_^
Don't take anything I say seriously(I suck at science so don't expect anything). I'm just someone who's bored and like to over analyse stories I came across. I probably made some mistakes writing this but wth.
i have be rewatching Dr stone from season 1 to season 4 and properly reading the manga for the past week. (Also the pacing is so fast. Like props to the animators for slowing things down but make it work.)
And I need to see more fics where xeno is much more evil than he was in the story!
Like don't get me wrong I love the guy. But reading his part of the battle feels less terrifying than ibara whole nonsense. I get it that he still need to be redeemable but it wouldn't hurt to make him more threatening.
Had a talk with my sibling who also watch the show. Where I said that "how is the gang surrendering not an option?". Like I get that they're teenagers making big decisions while the enemy is shooting at them. But you think they could just pull a Chrome and take out some gigantic white flags or something.
Also why is Stanley just shooting at these kids? The first time? Sure. That was like a split second moment of "oh there's other human now?" But the fact that he saw that these are children (only teenagers 'not counting suika' to 20 year old something) and they had tried they're best to run away from you to avoid conflict and you still keep shooting. You think him or xeno would have come the conclusion to stop to talk to them or something? Like what was the plan there!? Kill everyone and then investigate why they were there?
Now I need more story where the whole KoS got captured and was brought to xeno only for senku and xeno to realise about each other existence.
At first xeno tried to convince senku to join his side like by his side as an equal.( Hyoga style) But senku refused and xeno just shoved him a room and refused to let him out until he agrees to help him. Also he put the others to work and stuff. So we got a two sided hostage thing. Where if senku don't listen something bad will happen to his friends, and if the KoS tried to do something stupid senku might get hurt.
And you think that this will break this guy spirit. You are wrong. Senku never had a more evil look on his face when he told the gang that they're going to start a coop to take over everything. Dude basically look at all that xeno had made and said "mine!( ╹▽╹ )" (I mean he already did do that in the anime/manga...)
So far I only saw like two fic with this plot and one is a bit too sad and pathetic for senku character (it's still great) and the other one is only 2 chp. I need more! I desire more!!(Ryusui finger snap)
