Kagetane and Kohina Hiruko:
"I am he who will destroy this world. And no one is going to hinder my efforts~"
Kagetane and Kohina Hiruko are rogue members of Civil Security. They are Infamous criminals within Civil Security that are wanted for treason, murder, theft, etc. Many fear their overwhelming strength as they murder their way through civil security to accomplish their goals.
Kohina is a Cursed Child. A child born of Gastrea, a race of alien monsters/creatures that infect humans, animals, and insects alike. When the blood of Gastrea enter a pregnant woman, a cursed child is born of Gastrea Blood. Cursed Children are always female and gain supernatural abilities. Cursed children are born with red eyes, harbouring great Strength, Speed, etc. than the average human. Kohina is a Mantis Model, highly skilled in swordsmanship. She has a very destructive personality, wanting to kill without remorse happily.
Kohina serves as Kagetane's initiator. An initiator is when a cursed child is chosen to help civil security officers fight Gastrea due to their supernatural abilities. Some Cursed Children are treated like actual children and given normal lives, others are treated as no more than tools. It is usually the latter.
A Promoter is the Civil Security Officer assigned to the Cursed Child. Kagetane is Kohina's Promoter. Together, they are a Father-Daughter duo. They were part of Civil Security until unknown circumstances made them leave and turn rogue, killing their former employers.
Kagetane was apart of Civil Security Unit 787, where they did inhumane testing on soldiers. There, Kagetane was filled to the brim with Varanium, a powerful metal that was used against the Gastrea. Most of his innards are replaced with Varanium Metal. It changed his body and gave him abilities beyond his wildest dreams. He can create repulsion fields, shoot lasers out of the palm of his hands, he has increased speed, agility, etc. He a well mannered man who loves to manipulate people and toy with them piece by piece. He is powerful and dangerous.
He killed everyone in and related to the hospital that gave him his abilities and turned him into what he is today. They are in the top 100s in terms of ability and power.
Cursed Children are discriminated against. To the point where they would bomb innocent children and beat them senseless. Kagetane and Kohina want to put an end to it. To create a new world devoid of discrimination where Cursed Children rule. They are the next step in evolution, after all.
Their goal is to destroy the world...
