i think hisoka would have adult braces in his late teens and early 20s

he was too poor as a kid to go to the dentist so he had crooked teeth or an overbite (so cute...)

now he takes excellent care of his teeth, regular professional teeth cleanings and whitenings to maintain his perfect smile. I imagine it's one of the more "regular" parts of his life you wouldn't expect.
