Lunch- cheese string, cherry tomatoes, Goldfish cracker pretzels, and a few protein bites. Was still hungry after so i had a protein bar too:) I had grapes and a plum as a snack, and supper is bakes chicken with Montreal Spices, and salad (lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheese, musrooms, ranch on the side) 25 minutes of stationary bike today, feeling good.. I feel normal again!
