TWO SHIRTS. He wears two shirts, and a sweater vest over his two shirts, and cargo shorts, and fucking green and orange hiking shoes. I wish I could say he just didn’t care enough to dress well but three tops is a deliberate decision especially during the summer. And those fucking shoes. Why is there orange on them. lets be real here there's not many good answers to this question, because most "badly dressed" character's outfits are so ugly that they're iconic. but noah my guy. what the fuck dude.(while we're here i think each subsequent generation has gotten better outfits over time, like most of the gen 1 outfits were either ugly or boring but now i genuinely can't think of a single gen 4 outfit i dont like. this is a bit of an oversimplification but you get my point)
