#real talk sometimes you say shit to people and it sticks with them #i have friends that saw a small summer play and one joke was the way somebody was saying a simple phrase in it #it became an inside joke #two years later they became good friends with the actress who made that joke who had no idea she became an inside joke for them #i told a couple i served last year a phrase about how the extra bites you eat when you're full to avoid waste is just as wasted #(since you dont enjoy it and it causes pain)#it was said as i was giving them boxes #and they came again and i barely remembered them and at the end of their meal they were like LAST YEAR YOU TOLD US THAT AND IT STUCK WITH US #and i was like oh #the came back this weekend again and they were like do you still have all those jobs #and i was fascinated by how much info i give to stranger about myself #but hey they were kind haba #haha*

#so I'm at this weird shrodinger pregnancy state where until i get my period I could be pregnant and lutheal phase and earlypregnancy symptom #s are basically the same #and i got very emotional watching this #crowds singing are insane thank you #also i cursed a man two days ago #he was driving a crazy loud sports car very fast in a residential street #and that makes me agressive #so i lowly yelled to myself i hope you die in a car crash you idiot while riding my bike by him #and then he kept having to stop at redlights cause it's a residential street with timed lights if you drive at the speed limit #i can keep up with it on my bike i mean!!!#and i started whispering to myself while looking at him at the next three redlight #you will die a violent death in car crash by yourself and ha e a closed casket and your mother wont get to say a real goodbye #if he changes his ways he'll avoid it though #so maybe being PMS makes me a violent person in my head #but hey i stand by that #you shouldn't drive at crazy speed with a very loud car on a residential street that is not well lit at night it's just dangerous

When you're unable to solve an IT problem at work, there really is nothing quite like having it escalated all the way up the ladder. With every step, there is a degree of smugness about how real my problem is, and that yes, I was right to have trouble with this.

Was in a situation where neither I, nor my boss knew what was causing the problem, so we ended up calling one of the head engineers, and ive never experienced anything quite as validating as the moment where said head engineer, after spending several minutes just staring at the problem, quietly said "what the fuck"

#that time an update i refused force installed itself on my computer and deleted the concept of a mouse #also rendered the keypad useless #i tried plugging in a usb mouse didnt work #learnt about drivers #tryed to reinstall mouse driver but it couldn't work for some reason #called the windows support and the dude did everything i did #and at the end he was like did you check the update was compatible with your computer before installing it? probably wasn't #AND IWAS LIKE I REFUSED SAID UPDATE AS MUCH AS I COULD THE COMPUTER JUST DID THAT ONE DAY FCUK #abd the answer was and verbal shrug #sadly noresolution #the computer had a touchscreen soikept it for a year and a half before finally replacing it #idid some photoshop projects on it before i switched it fkcing sucked #the touchscreen was BAD

I did once have to explain to an almost 3 year old why a chihuahua wasn’t a cat and let me tell you THAT was a struggle and the kid was very mad about it.
