I Wish You All the Best is my favorite book of all time. I’ve been patiently waiting for the movie and when I heard it’d be showing at sxsw I looked up the listing for it on the sxsw website. The art teacher is changed from Ms. Liu to Ms. Lyons and Lena Dunham is one of the listed main actors. Why do I have a bad feeling that Tommy Dorfman, the writer and director for the movie, did some white woman shit and replaced an asian character for a white woman. I so want to stay excited for this, but man I hate Lena Dunham. Also this is absolutely no hate to Mason Deaver. I know they have no control over casting. If this is true all hate goes to Tommy Dorfman.
