I also love to talk about my own writing but I don't tag that as consistently. Here's a list of my AUs

What else do people put on intro posts? My hot takes? I love PolyVees, Vox is full of gender and also agender. My headcanons are many and very often conflicting, like a comic multiverse. I love playing with characters like dolls. I 💖 horrible awful stories about horrible awful people. I hope the Vees live forever.

I do occasionally post untagged/unwarned for dubcon/noncon/consent issues of many flavors and domestic violence. And I'm always thinking about cannibalism and torture. I am an adult posting adult things. I figure that the Hazbin Hotel sideblog doesn't need a warning for that, so if it's not your cup of tea, probably shouldn't follow me.

I would like to take a moment to appreciate the fact that Vox is biased and doesn't personally know these people (except Alastor and Angel), so he probably drew them based on his perception of them. Husk has a bottle, Niffty is a gremlin, Alastor is the only one in a different color and also dead, etc.

But then you have irritable, no-nonsense Vaggi, and he decided to draw her holding hands with Charlie and smiling. Which is accurate, Charlie is the thing that makes her happiest. But it would have been just as accurate to draw her being grumpy and standing on her own. Which suggests that he drew the happy lesbian* couple because he wanted to.

It's just kinda funny and cute to me.

Also why does he draw Husk with what look like baggy pants while everyone else gets stick legs? What the hell's that about

I mean, he's not wrong. Husk does wear baggy pants (technically overalls) compared to everyone else being more form-fitting.

Vox just isn't an artist. And was probably drawing from memory, which is a great way to end up overemphasizing things that stand out to you.

(My question is why there's all that white on one end of the rainbow. My guess is that he drew the hotel first, then decided he didn't like how the rainbow looked going across it and colored over that part to get rid of it. Which also implies that he was drawing on actual paper, since the base canvas on digital programs defaults to actual white, not off-white).

fuck you fuck you fuck you you’re not the boss of me…good question tho. as a quick overview of the state of affairs from what ive seen perusing both shows general tags on ao3, stolas and angel are always the ones being written about in mpreg stories. and to this i say BORINGGGG. much love to all the enthusiasts out there; i understand the appeal, but i just cannot conceive of a situation in which angel wouldn’t gleefully abort that thang. imo whenever stolas gets mpregged he should also experience severe medical neglect societal stigma and physical complications to stay in tonal keeping with the rest of his shitty ass life lol.

as for what EYE think would be fun to see in those contexts one of my lovely voxutuals has a pregnancy au situation which is very fun. and more broadly im kind of obsessed w the idea of vox being like “I have to have this baby because its good PR”. and this one is maybe an extremely hot take but we could get interesting with a verovel verosika fpreg situation. you’d have to contrive a reason why they’d keep it but ver would not stop drinking during the pregnancy and velvette would refuse to admit she’s responsible for the thing. I can’t take this idea farther because I am offput by child neglect and these two in combination are the most likely pair to leave a baby in a dumpster but do you see the vision. anyway.

Has anyone ever considered that Valentino is clearly very experienced with guns and is great in combat and that that was probably his main resource of survival/payment when he first landed in Hell (aside from maybe also sex work)? Has anyone considered that he’s also hella big and intimidating?

And has anyone realized that all of these are qualities that a certain mafia spider family would very much find useful?

All of you wondering if Angel worked for his family in Hell or not, but I think we should consider that maybe VALENTINO worked for them. And that’s how he met Angel (maybe hunting him down, or because Angel was also working for them).

To me that would explain why Val seems to enjoy humiliating Angel publicly so much. It would be like in the Godfather, where the husband of the daughter of mr Corleone is horrible and cruel to her because he likes the idea of having a member of the most powerful family in New York under his heel.

And wouldn’t that be fitting for Val, who always wants to be the center of attention and hates taking orders (unless it’s kinky) to very much enjoy humiliating the disgraced son of his ex bosses?

Do you have any headcanons about Vox and his cult members?

LMAO, I am the wrong person to ask about Vox's cult members. I think Vox's cult was him and, at most, 3 other guys in an asylum who really looked up to and admired Vox and thought he was so smart and his ideas were great. His hype squad. His yes men who fed his delusions and agreed with him all the time.

Vox is lying about his human life. He was meant for great things and he knows it, but he utterly failed. The afterlife is a second chance to him.

Headcanons for them? Two of them are teenagers, 18 or 19. Vox is well traveled (based on "Brighter," he worked on both the east coast and west coast) and college educated, sure he will get out of here when he's recovered, and they want to be like him. Vox is good at inspiring loyalty: he's managed to wrangle Valentino for decades, after all. Make big promises, pepper in some compliments, redirect any questioning or aggression, and he's got some lackeys who are a lot easier to handle than Valentino ever will be. They're meant to be followers given instructions and guidance that makes sense to them, not leaders bearing responsibility for so much more than they can handle, and they want someone who will tell them everything will be alright.

As for the present time within the show, the cult depiction of those chanting, hooded figures, I think is actually more of a depiction of fans and customers who love and worship celebrities and products. It is not an actual cult run by Vox within the company. Fanbases are just like that. For media and celebrities, but also especially for tech companies and even moreso when they loooove the CEO.
