A question to clothing lifters

What do you do with the hangers you brought in??

Swallow them whole,, usually works for me

hang clothing on it that didn’t have a hanger, double hang items, conceal it on the body then dispose, if a dressing room already has hangers and clothes all over it, i may leave it in the room if i know the store has shitty dressing room maintenance

I usually take them with me and use them at home to hang my clothes. I put them down a pant leg up until the actuall hanger part then pull my shirt and jacket over top

if they are crappy and it is a loud fitting room, sometimes i break them. i also try to get some items without hangers that are similar (like some stores hang some bralettes but not others) so ill have an ok amount of hangers.

I’m not sure ablut all but my Bëd Båth and Beÿond preactivates cards with an already set amount of money.

I just got a $200 Visa gift card by concealing in the bedding section. I was originally trying to test on lifting gift cards (calling company, seeing what I could do, etc.) like I said I would but I tried to see if it was preactivated (The woman in front of my mom at the register bought a $50 Red Lobster giftcard and the woman didn’t activate so I decided to see if I could buy something online and see if it would work.

It did.

I'm not sure where you're from, but W|chea|'s is my absolute favorite. The one near me barely has any cameras besides some big ones near the front-ish, but that can depend on location. I'm also not sure about more expensive aisles because I don't really wander in there. I imagine aisles with picture frames or something may have cameras. The aisles are tall and the only thing you really need to worry about is anyone passing by the aisle while you're concealing. Paint brushes and markers like Copics are super easy to grab and shove up your bra or into your waistband. Paints are also sold in separate tubes which are easy to grab. Just make sure to see what your local store is like because I can only speak from my experience.

I've also heard that H0bb/ L0bb/ is similar but I haven't been to one yet.

if they have this with a WHITE ID card in it (always ask them to pull out an ID card) they cannot use force to bring you back into the store so continue walking your pretty ass (preferably take a train or bus before they call real security lol)

if they have this ID card, sadly they can use reasonable force to bring you back into the store, but only with reasonable suspicion.

if they have an sort of lp badge in this type of wallet, sorry girlie they can use force on you (but reasonable) like grabbing your bag and not letting go, they cannot touch you whatsoever (same with blue id) they can only touch you once you start fighting back .

and last off all if they pull out this with their police id just pray you aren’t gonna get arrested lol

Do not fall victim to ‘nothing bad will happen to you if you come back into the back room with me.’ That is their thing, they either nice you to come to the back room or use reasonable force to . I have had police called on me because of a £20 haul , and just been let go with a £1,000 haul from one store. Depends on how nice the lp is. Most security will call the police if you do not have an id with you . I really do recommend getting a fake uni student id because it will save your ass and most of them look more legit than fake ids. Stay safe 💘

You’re pretty screwed. While not every retailer is this unscrupulous, and many do not monitor fitting rooms, be cautious and always assume you’re being watched.

Think you are being monitored? If you don’t have any cell reception in the fitting rooms, it’s likely there are hidden cameras nearby. The most popular way to hide hidden cameras is behind a two-way mirror, like this one here.

TWO WAY MIRROR TESTS

Get up close and personal. Two-way mirrors work when the room with the mirror side is brightly lit, and the other side of the mirror is kept in the dark. Block out the light with your hands and peek into the mirror. See nothing? Regular mirror. If not, its a two-way.

Light it up. Hold the flashlight on your phone up against the glass and see if you can see anything other than your reflection, like a camera.

Finger test. When touching a real mirror, there is always a little gap between your finger and the reflection — this is an indication of a real mirror. However, if your finger and it’s reflection are actually touching, then it is probably a two-way mirror.
