CloudyReady is a new software that allows nearly any computer to become a Chrome OS laptop. The tool expands upon exisiting hardware and gives them more capabilities. School faculty are able to reuse their once considered obsolete computers. This conversion allows for expanded Chromebook access at schools and keeps costs low. CloudyReady’s sevices fall in line with Vaneevar Bush’s ideology of taking advantage of existing technology and altering it to benefit users.
