Just popping in to say make sure ur taking care of ur mental health!!!!!

I had a breakdown last Friday and was in the darkest place. I luckily have an amazing boyfriend and family and I was able to open up with them and my family flew me home and I’m here for six days. They got me a doctors appointment the day after I arrived and I’m now back on antidepressants/antianxiety meds after being off of them for three years

just a friendly reminder that there is NOTHING wrong with meds and that reaching out helps !!!! And that if u go back on meds after a while then that’s ok !!!! that is you being STRONG and it isn’t defeat !!!!!
