Now that she has been offered full time hours at her job effective today, and with me at home managing the house and kids, she was able to confidently accept the offer.

I can focus on bottom surgery for now before I put any serious effort into finding a full time job.

Chris’s parents own the house we live in, it’s in their names, and fully paid off, so it’s untouchable in the divorce.

Which means that I don’t have worry about banking 2-4 months of rent while I’m in recovery on bed rest either.

She pointed out that her sister and their family, the sis that goes to Burning Man that I met in February, lives in Montreal with a house and cars so I don’t even need hotel or food while there!!!

She says that she’ll make sure I don’t have to worry about arranging anything for after care and bed rest, that I don’t have to worry about it at all.

For the summer (at least) I’m officially a house spouse so that I can watch the (step) kids over summer vacation, and we’ll re-assess our situation in the fall during back to school.

In the meantime I can pick up temp and gig work wherever I can, and I’ll be able to stash the money away as all my money goes to the family anyways.

HOLY FUCK I FINALLY HAVE A 100% VIABLE AND REALISTIC PATH TO BOTTOM SURGERY WITHIN THE NEXT COUPLE YEARS!!!

I’ve officially came full circle to trans guy.

This photo is the picture that officially ended my first marriage to my (ftm) husband, Dae, taken June 2022.

This past weekend, my soon to be second and forever wife and I took a road trip to the city that I had been living from May 2021 to Sept 2025.

This was my first time back since I headed west in September

We decided to return to the same chunk of shoreline that the July 2022 photo was taken, and re-create the picture to mark the end of my first marriage and beginning of Chris and I’s eternity together.

She had already been skinny dipping, and thus nude.

I did not have the spoons to be naked, soggy, and freezing cold.

When we were getting ready to take the picture, she asked if I would willing to at least get naked long enough to walk through some ankle deep water and get a few pics together on the rock that is present in the 2022 picture.

I hesitantly agreed, and stripped naked.

Keep in mind, that bridge in the picture is a VERY popular pedestrian viewing platform bridge, which at any given moment has a handful of tourists, a handful of commuters and cyclists, and professional photographers taking portfolio photos.

The bridge was only 1 to 2 hundred feet down stream from us, to the point where even a temu phone camera could have snapped a clear enough picture.

I am so excited that within the next year or two I will be flying to Montreal for bottom surgery / a vaginoplasty, AS WELL AS getting to marry and spend the rest of my life with this amazing woman (we’ve agreed to wait till I’m post bottom surgery to get married as I would like to be in my authentic, true, genuine body at our wedding.

Chris and I have agreed to refer to each other exclusively as “my wife” going forward in order to afford ourselves as many opportunities as possible to drop our “oh, we’re both married… just not to each other!” line before her and I actually marry each other.

She joined me at my aunt and uncle’s cabin for this past New Year’s, and at that point we had only KNOWN each other a month as of the 27th (it was the 31st, obviously).

Still, we were asked TWO completely separate times by their lake friends if her and I were married.

I came up with that line on the spot, and the reactions were priceless both times, so we’ve been using it whenever we can since then.

But now that I’m officially moved in, and we both agree that we’re getting married as soon as legally possible, our time frame to use it is finite so BY GOD! we’re going to milk it for all it’s worth in the meantime 🤣.
