The people have spoken so here it is. (But itâs important to note that this isnât a theory at all as I have zero delusions that this would ever happen - it was just a very, very random idea I had while daydreaming.)
So I know people have been making theories about Shannon Kookâs character being someone from the future and that Season 6 will have something to do with time travel. Which, tbh, I donât think The 100 is the type of show that will ever do time travel, but I was thinking about if The 100 WAS that type of show and all the potential.
Can you imagine if Shannon Kookâs character appeared from the future and had like a time portal or something and he showed up in the finale to tell all of our heroes of something terrible that was going to happen in the future, but the only way to stop it is by travelling all the way back to OUR time to stop the end of the world from happening in the first place?
And so Season 6 and 7 would be about stopping ALIE from being created in the first place?
What this would also mean is that, by stopping the end of the world, they would erase everything that came after. The 100. The Grounders. All of the wars. All the relationships they made. But doing so would also save humanity.
Can you imagine Bellamy and Clarke being left with the choice to destroy ALIE (probably by pulling a lever), knowing that in doing so they would erase everything they have, but knowing it is the best thing for humanity? Can you imagine them saying âtogetherâ one last time before destroying themselves?
It is the epilogue of the series finale. The year is 2149.Â
It is 97 years after Bellamy and Clarke pulled the lever that destroyed ALIE and saved the human race without anyone ever knowing what happened. Clarke Griffin, an 18 year old freshman, enters her first university class for world history. As she rushes to get her seat, she bumps into a boy with wild black hair and brown eyes, knocking the papers out of his hand.Â
As they both bend down to grab the papers, their hands meet, and they both have a sensation like theyâve been burned. An emotion they canât explain, the visceral feeling that this has happened before.Â
Neither of them act on it. Shaking it off, the curly haired boy grabs his papers, looks her up and down. âWatch where youâre going, Princess.â
Clarke Griffin watches as the boy stalks off (who she later discovers to be her TA for the class) unable to shake the strange feeling in her chest. Off Clarke, as we watch her struggling with the unshakable feeling of connection and familiarity she feels for this stranger, trying to figure out why a single world keeps ringing in her head.
