Caine x Dani (StarTeeth) hcs
- Caine fell first. Like, literally the second Dani spawned in.
- Unfortunately, his...enthusiasm kind of freaked Dani out and she nearly got a heart attack 🤣
- Caine made Dani's first adventure a Dungeons and Dragons themed one, since her mind files told him that she's a bit of a nerd.
- Desperately wants her approval more than the others', he tries so hard to impress her 🥺
- Dani actually likes his adventures; she finds them fun and exciting. The first time she told Caine this he almost exploded into fireworks from joy.
- Dani finds Caine's wacky antics rather endearing...no one gets what she sees in Caine, but they just let the two be.
- When Dani first realised she was in love with Caine, it hit her like a truck. The way she finds his jokes genuinely funny, how how she blushes when he compliments her VERY often, she finds everything he makes super creative...plus, he's adorable! What's not to love?
- Caine was THRILLED when she asked him to join her polycule with Zooble and Ragatha (meaning the three of them share and are all dating her but not each other if that makes sense?), accepting almost immediately.
- Ragatha is so supportive, Caine's a nice guy and she just wants her girlfriend to be happy.
- Zooble, while sceptical, eventually was okay with it (Though they told Caine if he EVER caused Dani any unhappiness of any kind they would kick his ass)
- Caine spoils Dani absolutely rotten. He'll center whole adventures around her and create little gifts just for her, he just wants to see her smile!
- Is so clingy (in a cute way), everytime Dani comes back from an adventure she can expect her ringmaster boyfriend to scoop her up in his arms saying that was the longest hour of his life.
- Caine has SO MANY nicknames for her. "Starlet", "Bumblebee", "Queen Bee", "Darling", "Dear" and "Honeybee" are the more common ones.
- Dani calls him things like "Honey" or "Cutie" and Caine blushes like crazy everytime.
- Caine gets all giddy just holding hands with her. If he gets a hug or a kiss? Oh, he's definitely thinking about it for the rest of the day.
- Dani is the only one he actually listens to, since this man is so madly in love with her he'll pretty much treat her like a queen.
- Caine is a big cuddler, the two will always somehow end up snuggling on dates 🥺💖
- Kisses were a bit of a challenge to figure out at first, since Caine is literally floating dentures, but he figured it out after a while since his teeth move like an actual mouth when he speaks so it kinda does the same when he tries to kiss his cute girlfriend. (I literally am bad at explaining this, pls tell me y'all know wtf I'm talking about)
- I have a headcanon that Caine's favourite song is Daisy Bell so when he learned Dani's real name was Daisy after accessing the brain scans, the ringmaster literally fell even more in love with her.
- Dani's wings start flapping just being near Caine, girl is absolutely smitten
- Caine constantly asks Dani if he's doing a good job. What she thought of the latest adventure, what specifically she liked about it, the list goes on. Dani, of course, sees how hard he's trying and her answer is always the same: she loves his adventures and more importantly she loves him. (Both are true OBVIOUSLY.)
