Anyone calling this a "psyop" really needs to understand that no, even lifelong democrats and professional canvassers are freaking out because they realize this. They know this by all rights should have been an easy election despite Biden losing a lot of support since 2020, but almost all goodwill has been burned away since he started sending a military aid package every 36 hours.

The past 7 months, Biden has been multitasking taking part in a genocide and destroying most of his support from nearly every demographic that got him elected in the first place. He's polling as the least popular president since ww2, and is behind Trump in pretty much every swing state. They're talking about moving the DNC to a primarily videocall meeting to avoid protesters. Over 600k people have voted uncommitted in the primaries so far in protest of Biden's widely unpopular stances.

And what makes people hate him more is that voters have given him every chance to change. He has chosen not to.

First it was calls of "no ceasefire, no vote." For months people said that. Calling for a ceasefire in these months could have saved his election chances. He chose to ignore these calls for peace.

Then they moved to "abandon Biden" and voting unconfirmed. He has continued to fund the genocide.

Furthermore, if he wanted to stop the genocide but was worried about losing Zionist voters, Israel's own actions have given him plenty of points where he could say they'd gone too far for him. I mean, genocide in general should have been too far for him to give his support, but some specific points at which he could have cut off aid to Israel:

When Israel used illegal white phosphorous

When videos of Israel shooting people waving white flags surfaced (one notable example is the murder of Hala Rashid Abd al-Ati)

The murder of Hind Rajab

The attacks on multiple hospitals

The attacks on aid convoys

The Flour Massacre

When Israel bombed safety corridors

The list goes on and on.

But Biden has chosen to forfeit votes. Which tells people that he fucking loves genocide and doesn't care what voters think.

And if he isn't trying to appease voters in an election year, than imagine what he'll do if he's reelected. With no fear of losing another election or being forced to face consequences, would he send US troops to fight for Netanyahu? Open the door to nuclear options?

Because what will voters do then to hold him accountable? He'd already be in his final term.
