The Basics:
Prompt pairings for this event will be a two-step process:
First, you will submit your prompts using this form and specifying which pairing(s) you would like that prompt to be written about. Feel free to list as many pairings as you'd like, as well as any gen (&) pairings.
Second: You will receive an email with the second form that will include all the submitted prompts. You will have the opportunity to select which prompts (based on pairings) you would like to write for.
Once the mods have received all the prompt bids, we will assign everyone another participant to write for. You will receive all three prompts/pairings that your gift recipient submitted, but you only have to write for one.
Each participant will write a summer-themed fanfiction involving The Pitt based on prompt(s) from another participant to be gifted to that participant.
Works will be posted to an Archive Of Our Own collection (link to come) and kept hidden until the reveal date.
Works must be a minimum of 2,000 words and a maximum of 10,000 words.
Rules:
Participants must be 18+
Works should be at least vaguely summer themed.
Don't be a dick. No shaming other pairings or yucking other participants' yums in exchange spaces.
No generative AI. If your work is suspected of being AI-generated, you will be contacted by the mods and it may be removed from the exchange.
This should go without saying: You need to have actually watched the show "The Pitt."
No Y/N or canon character/OC content.
All content warnings must be tagged and hard-nos MUST be adhered to.
