             there’s a visible look of amusement on his face, seeing green pressing himself into arcanine’s abundant fur upon his return, and he gently sets down an alolan vulpix before him, the pokemon he promised he’d bring him. it becomes tangibly colder in its presence, and red finds himself rubbing his arms to generate some heat – as resilient to the cold he was, even he could only last so long.

                   having a fire type seems like a blessing on this mountain, with Green calling his trusted Arcanine out of his pokeball just to huddle against its fur for protection against the biting cold of this mountain   ( who knew Alola could have such a cold area! ).  he only peels himself away from his warm partner to scoop the little Vulpix off the ground, face breaking into a grin despite the noticeable temperature drop from the pokemon's presence,   " well I gotta admit, you did a good job this time! "   he shivers a little, and looks up at Red,   " so, did you catch that sandslash?  'cause I'm ready to get out of here. "

HUMBLE. -How does your muse handle praise?

how Green handles praise has changed a lot over the years, mostly due to him maturing.  as a kid, just starting his journey he took all compliments with confidence, using it as something else to boost his ego, though after losing at the Indigo Plateau, he lost a lot of that confidence  ( though never showed it, most acts of showing his ego after that loss were mostly fake.  losing and then being told by his own grandfather that it was because he “didn’t care for his pokemon enough” did a major blow to his confidence )

as he got older he got a lot more humble when taking compliments, though he still did have his moments where he flaunted that confidence he had as a kid.  he takes compliments a lot more confidently when they come from strangers, but when they come from close friends or people he admires, he does get noticeably thrown off.

how he reacts to someone’s touch varies greatly depending on the familiarity of the person and how comfortable he is with them.  on one hand, he’s incredibly close to his sister, so physical affection like hugs from her is something that’s comforting to him  ( though, he won’t admit it to anyone that’s not his sister ).  when it comes to friends it depends on the person and how long he’s known them.

as for strangers, he doesn’t react well to it at all. he’ll get mad, and more likely than not shove them away and keep them at a distance from then on.

          in a normal situation, his posture is pretty lax, though green tries to stand at his full height  ( he needs all the height he can get... ), hands either moving as he speaks or in his pockets.  he moves his hands when he speaks a lot, so he’s often moving in any given situation.

✭what is one of their favorite items?

          as cheesy as it sounds, his pokemon’s pokeballs are his favorite.  they’re comforting to him, and it lets him know he always has his pokemon by his side.  if he’s in a situation where he’s put under stress and for whatever reason he can’t have his pokemon out by his side, he’ll fidget with their pokeballs instead.

mild disappointment tugs briefly at her features, but she’s quick to brush it aside with a good natured laugh and a nudge to his shoulder. ( a little too hard- a subtle ‘ fuck you too ’ ) she nearly plucks the stocking cap from her own head, but decides against it- this one’s her favorite.
