Let's not forget that the cancelling of wlw shows is also a pointed misogynist/sexist act as well. Wlw led shows are obviously going to heavily feature female characters and be female driven. Warrior Nun was heavily female-driven with a core wlw relationship.

Most of the other wlw shows cancelled also focused on female driven stories - it's a double edged sword of lesbophobia and misogyny.

I'm sick of female stories being axed. I'm sick of wlw stories being axed.

the difference between how white mlm shows are treated vs how wlw and poc shows are treated should and has to be talked about.

the blatant lesbophobia and biphobia directed towards women from netflix is more transparent than ever right now and i am done being polite. it’s not ‘just a tv show’ anymore, it’s almost every single sapphic tv show.
