To whoever needs to hear this, because I certainly did a few years back, you don’t need to eat “like an adult”. If snacks or ready-meals targeted at children look easier or more appealing, you can just buy them. If you want to cut the crusts off your bread or use cookie cutters to shape your sandwiches into fun shapes, do it!
