A follower recently asked whether we "make this stuff up" or whether we compile other people's contributions to wizarding history.
For a start, we do not "make up" anything at all - we report only the truest and most factual accounts of ancient and modern wizarding history!
As for the main thrust of the question, the bulk of our current work is content which our own archivists have recovered from the depths of the Wizard Council Archive and published for your pleasure and enjoyment, alongside various announcements made on behalf of the Archives staff team.
However, we also hope for this blog to provide a space to report on and share what others have found in the archives, as well as important contemporary wizarding events.
To this end, we have an ongoing series called On This Day In Wizard Council History (#otdiwch), where we report and share important anniversaries of Wizard Council events that have taken place here in tumblr.com as and when we come across them.
In addition, assuming it has not been eaten by cyberkobolds again, we have a submission box where you can report your own findings from the Archives or any other discoveries or important events you would like to share.
Note: As a public body funded by the Wizard Council Education and Horticultural Fund, we are bound by the universal Code of Wizardly Conduct, and therefore will not accept or publish submissions that are harmful towards or prejudiced against any part of the wizardly community.
