Fitness Stud

Wassup Tumblr, I'm Taye, I am originally from Claxton, Georgia which is located about 45 minutes south of Savannah. I graduated May 2006 from Hardaway High School in Columbus, GA. After graduation, I decided to join the United States Navy and have been serving ever since. I believe that was one of the best decisions that I made. On August 6, 2012, I decided that it was time for me to make some changes in my life. I was not happy with my body. During that time I would not get caught without a shirt. I decided to start eating healthy and going to the gym on a regular basis. I will admit that it was very hard to find the motivation at times, but i kept pushing through it. In a month I went from 183 lbs. down to 168 lbs. it felt amazing. Once I was reached that point going to the gym was a must. I have been going hard in the gym for over 1 year now and i have seen some amazing changes in my body. I'm currently working towards becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, I feel that with my experiences that i have faced would allow for me to contact with others who are facing those same issues. Feel free to leave me comments and ask me questions, I will do my best to get the best answer. Let's hit the gym and pump some iron!!!
