              she's feeling oddly good tonight for                      some strange reason, and doesn't                      even wince when the clock above                      her head on the diner wall turns                       lazily over to two - am. many a                       time she's been stuck working                      late at stacy's diner, and each                       time it sent her mood sour.

                                              not today. she felt good today.

               the bell sounded and heavy footsteps                      entered the small, dimly lit diner.                      shoes scuffed against the tiles,                      the door clicking closed pushed                       away the sound of the rain against                      the cracked pavement of the carpark.                      now, it just tapped against the                       windows and begged to be let in.

               anna rose a brow at the new customer --                      a boy of her  age, she guessed.                      as he approached, her smile                      widened into something kind enough                      for service staff. she hated her job,                      but people were what she                      was good at.

            Despite all his earlier protest, with each touch and motion she makes he’s drawn deeper in and there’s nothing he wants to do to change it. because she’s right he may not admit it but she is. he’s addicted. she’s been a craving each time he looked her way in class and now that she’s giving him what he’s wanted, well he is truly going to be gone. leaving her neck his lips move to hers, smirking slightly at her comment. it’s amazing, he notes, the size difference between the two of them and he can’t help but think how easy it would be to break her in, to make her his.

                                    “…So are you.”

                she hates herself a little for what she does next, a daring move on her behalf --- she reaches up with one hand, chewing on her bottom lip as her eyes flicker between his, unsure. as if she's testing out her limits, she brings her hand to cup his cheek, her smirk still remaining as though if it falls, she might show fear --- she can't let him know that this might be more than a casual hookup. she can't let herself be so open like that. but anna can't help it. she wants to know what he feels like, his reactions to her touch, why she can't really bring herself to commit to anything that isn't involving derek hale. she chuckles at his comment, lifting a brow and parting her lips ever so slightly.

    Tugging her closer, Derek let his eyes blaze red, let his teeth elongate until they resembled lupine fangs.  Hands resting against her thighs - an action that’s eerily familiar of the time he transformed Erica - Derek dropped his head until he found her shoulder.  Nosing softly at the fabric at first, almost intimate, he slowly tugged away her shirt until he exposed the skin beneath.  His fangs sank into her body, the bite clamping down around the bone until he’s satisfied it’ll take.      The bite will take.

            she didn't have time to think much before he was slowly pushing her shirt aside, teeth sinking into her pale flesh. searing pain seemed to erupt in that moment, bursting from where his fangs met her skin to the tips of her toes, all over her fragile body. despite how much it hurt, though, anna couldn't help but feel it already --- this was her power, this was what would save her. 

     the brunette parted her lips, her features scrunching into a pain-filled expression as a choked sound left her lips. the pain was almost unbearable, but she held herself firmly together, instead grabbing derek's shirt for support.
