[SHIP WILL LAND IN APPROXIMATELY; 1/2 HOURS.]
The humans inside the chryosleep chambers wake at this announcement, climbing from their coffin like beds. The more exited crowd immediately rush to the windows as the ship starts to approach earth while the weary few hang back, sleepily conversing with one- another.
The ages of the crew members varied, but they were all particularly young. [the bright future of our species], as the government had put it. The oldest few being nineteen while the youngest three were five, six and seven.
Blayne sat in a crook on her own, typing away her thoughts when she heard a heavy Russian accent speaking to her. “Not interested in the sight, eh?” Markus asked, sitting besides her. “What’s the point in rushing to the window when we’re gonna be down there ourselves in half an hour anyways.” She responded, looking up from her computer to look at her friend. “And y’know, I’m more concerned about when my hair will grow back to normal.”
“They had to shave our hair for the cryosleep to work, Blayne. And it’s gonna take a few months to get it back to where you had it.” She looks back to see Harvey sitting down with them, Lavender following in tow.
The view of earth was an unnerving surprise for them all as they step foot onto the charred surface of the planet that had once been so lush and green. It was clear they really had their work cut out for them. At least they’d never grow up.
Hi!! Welcome to IHNEBIWL, my IHNMAIMS AU!! This takes place after the ending where ted is turned to the slug thingy! This is a rp blog for the AU so pls pls pls feel free to send in asks/interact with the characters ^^
AU info;
After ted was transformed, AM slowly went dormant from boredom, but never fully deactivated. This sent a signal to the ship holding the other remaining humans that AM was gone and it was safe for them to return (even though that was not the case.) They arrive and set to work on the RF (or re-flourish movement) to turn earth back to its former glory. This, however, awakens AM again and he is FURIOUS to find out that there are MORE vile, lithesome humans to deal with. The four main characters (Marcus, Blayne, Lavender and Harvey) are the first to discover the entryway into where AM is in the core and go down to explore, getting themselves trapped while doing so. And now they have to try and find a way to make him less hostile so that they can bring him back to the others.
