The cycle of the compassion soul jam
(a little excuse to make another fic about a new cookie y/n I'm making cause the crk brainrot is real. Plus hope I cook cause I'll try to be using the canon cutscene from the game for this so yeah hopefully I do it well.)
A cycle of the compassion soul jam was one that could never be broken. No matter how much magic in earthbread could try to break this cycle when it has started on that fateful day when y/n's mother the first cookie to be the holder of the soul jam of compassion had fallen when helping to defeat the beasts, the first domino to fall.
Then y/n cookie had taken the compassion soul jam. Many cookies loved to be in the presence of y/n cookie as their joy was always present and hollyberry always invited y/n to her Kingdom for grand parties but y/n never wanted a grand kingdom but just started a small village that they would stay but of course other cookies from around earthbread helped expand the village into a bigger community as everything was well, until the dark flour war. Y/n didn't want their village and their people to be hurt so they used their power to make a forcefield to protect the village and happily accepted cookies to stay in the village or any supplies offered to help. Then they heard that their friends would be facing dark enchantress cookie so they left their top guard in charge of keeping the village safe and to help any cookie in need as y/n knew what they had to do.
The ancients run into through the hall of dark enchantress cookies castle, the dark and gloomy castle filled the air with tension and despair. Y/n cookie tried to clear their head as they ran with their friends in the castle. Cookie crumble littered the halls of the cookies who were unfortunately turned to crumbs after trying to fight or run from dark enchantress. "Foul sticky cream... The stench of burnt butter in the air" dark cacao said as this made y/n more nervous as their friends discussed of what happened in this castle as the cookies fought the cake hounds, y/n used their power to make shields to protect the others 'we must defeat dark enchantress, for the safety of everyone' y/n had that echoing their head. "Don't worry y/n, I'm sure we will be able to defeat dark enchantress." White lily said as y/n looked at Lily and smiled "yes, yes we will we have faced other challenges, we can get through this one, I'm sure of it." Y/n said smiling as they wish to keep their friends optimistic.
"And so, upon the ruins of your home, we finally meet. You're rather late... To your own demise!" Dark enchantress said as y/n tensed up seeing dark cacao ready his sword, hollyberry ready her shield with golden cheese cookie grip her spear. "Dark enchantress cookie! What is the meaning of this?" Pure vanilla cookie demanded as he walked to the front of hollyberry and dark cacao. "Do you know the real reason why we, Cookies, were created?" Dark enchantress said as she glared at pure vanilla as her gaze looked at y/n as they stood in the back with white lily as y/n looked worried. Golden cheese cookie already angry shouted "What rancid NONSENSE are you peddling now?" Dark enchantress smiled "Now, now. Think for a moment. I hope it's not too hard. Why do we exist?" She said as the air felt even more tense, suffocating almost. "That's easy, to live and be happy, all together. That's exactly why we were brought into this world. Happiness. Dark Enchantress cookie. That's what it's all about." hollyberry said confidentially and dark enchantress cookie could laugh at that statement. "Oh, really? And when, pray tell, are you the happiest? When you call down and crumble? Or when you become, dare I say it... Ha Ha Ha! SOGGY!" Dark enchantress laughed. "Hollyberry is right. The Creators made us to live in harmony with earthbread. They do care for us as they made earthbread and even if we fall down, crumble or get soggy. Their compassion for us still stays with us." Y/n said as they where confident as hollyberry felt happy that y/n back her up in her statement.
"We are together, in peace and in battle. This is our strength!" dark cacao said. "So true! We love and thank our creators for our delicious sweet bodies and unique talents! And there is no hardship we cannot overcome. Together!" Pure vanilla saying in determination Yet dark enchantress scoffed "RUBBISH! FOOLS! All of you! I shall show you the tragic error of your ways, right here, right now!" Dark enchantress said as the ground shook beneath the ancients and the ground behind darkness erupted into shinning light as when the light faded there in front of the ancients was the cake witch. Dark enchantress stood on the hand of the cake witch as it delivered a blow to the ancients with its weapon but y/n was to use their forcefield to block the attack but it swing to powerful and cracking the shield and with y/n using their power to make other forcefields to protect the other kingdoms and their village, it weakened y/n's power.
"The Cake witch is channeling energy. We must use the pause to Avery her next attack!" Pure vanilla cookie said as he was worried for how powerful the next attack might be. Then suddenly the cake witch sent out a powerful beam of magic to ancients, y/n caught off guard was quick to try and use their magic field to block it but from how much magic they have been using it had tried them and forced them to use more and that caused some of their dough to crack as y/n hissed at the pain and after the beam stopped they let the shield down as their arms shook from the pain. white lily looked worried at y/n as they knew the danger of over using their magic but y/n want their friends to get hurt so they'll protect them, even if y/n themselves gets hurt in the process. The fight against the cake witch was intense, each blow from it's spear and magic this had damage y/n more and more as the forcefields that protected the kingdoms was visibly cracking as y/n was in worse shape no matter how many times pure vanilla healed them, the cracks in y/n's dough would come back after every attack from the cake witch.
"GAH!!! HOW DARE YOU!!! NOTHING CAN STOP ME ESPECIALLY YOU!" Dark enchantress said as she was furious at how the cake witch was about to be defeated and suddenly the cake raised their spear as y/n tired and in pain saw as spear coming down as they quickly put up their shield but with this blow, y/n screamed in pain as their arms crumbled and their shield broke as the cake witch's spear recoiled back. Pure vanilla looked behind him and saw y/n on their knees holding what's left of their crumbled arm, his eyes widen in horror as white lilly and golden cheese cookie covered y/n. But this was enough time to have the ancients distracted it gave the cake witch time to attack again but y/n couldn't use their magic quick enough this time as the strike with the spear hit all the cookies. Their soul jams soon taken and floated to dark enchantress as she laughed, y/n looked at their friends who were injured as y/n looked up at dark enchantress cookie "Yes! Ha ha ha! Simply marvelous! Say goodbye to your Soul Jam. IT'S ALL MINE! I have waited an eternity for this moment. It is time to reap the fruits of my promise and share my brilliant vision with the world." Dark enchantress cookie laughed the moon lit the silhouette of dark Enchantress as the soul jams floated over her staff.
Y/n cookie got up despite having injuries, they walked to dark enchantress as their friends still weakened by the strike from dark enchantress cookies attack. Y/n used their power to put up a forcefield around the ancients "Y/n, what are you doing?" Hollyberry said as she was confused but y/n looked back at the ancients and smiled "please take care of my village for me." Y/n said as then using their strength to force themselves to run at dark enchantress. As then y/n used their magic to fire at dark enchantress, catching her off guard she used her own magic to counter it but y/n fired magic beams at dark enchantress as y/n's dough cracked even more but this was for their friends, this was for their people, it was for earthbread.
"Y/n! No, no, no. What are they doing!" Golden cheese cookie said as hollyberry sat there in shock as tears threatened to fall from her eyes. She knew what y/n was going to do. She then grabbed her shield and tried to bang it against the forcefield as tried to break it to hopefully get to y/n to stop them but it was no use as y/n knew what they had to do. As y/n used their spells to make platforms to get to enchantress cookie as then sealed themselves in a another shield but with Enchantress cookie in it with them. The forcefields where then filled with darkness as the ancients couldn't see what was happening inside but Hollyberry desperately wanting to save y/n continue to try and break the forcefield, dark cacao tried to slash the forcefield and golden cheese tried to help as well but pure vanilla and white lily knew what y/n's plan was and knew that and it was to late.
"Poor y/n cookie, always listening to your heart than your head. You could join me. Make this world in my image, to make everything perfect, All you have to do is join me." Dark enchantress said as y/n looked at dark enchantress. Y/n looked as they saw dark enchantress smiled then as the soul jams bursted into pieces as the dark ball of magic broke the shield it was encased in, the explosion destroyed the castle with chunks of the castles walls scatter. Cookies who had been protected by the forcefields that y/n had put to protect the kingdoms began to faded away as the forcefields slowly breaking from the top letting small glitter like sparkles gently falling down to the kingdoms below. Yet y/n's village had saw the forcefields breaking finally but despair had erupted in the village. Cookies who were brave enough from y/n's village traveled to the sight of where the battle happened and saw what was left of the ancient known as y/n was their necklace with a empty piece of where once their soul jam was placed.
As the people from y/n's village was mourning the loss of their ancient as many built statues of them and others have decided to make their village into a mighty kingdom that still stands to this day a beacon of hope for any lost cookie or cookies looking for a home as one stormy day, a cookie passing through wished to seek shelter at the kingdom.
(that's it for this, I really hope I cooked with this as I have so much more on this but I am working on other stuff as well so yeah maybe I'll hope it this week if I'm lucky.
