[4:12 AM] johnny wraps his arms around you and mark. ‘you guys are my favourite couple.’ he laughs.

[2:43 PM] mark returns from grocery shopping, waving a sweet potato in your face. ‘i dont know what aubergine is. is this at least close?’ he asks, his eyes looking genuinely apologetic.

[1:11 AM] mark slowly folds one of his hoodies and rests it on the cabinet by the door. on top, he places a note explaining that work has forced him to move far away. tears slide down his cheeks as he lifts the handle of his suitcase and stares at you sleeping peacefully, before turning and leaving. it would hurt too much to say goodbye.

[9:38 PM] mark gives you a piggy back ride home.

[10:52 AM] soccer player!mark scores a last minute winner for his club. in celebration, he sprints to the edge of the pitch and points to you, before making a heart with his hands and mouthing ‘i love you’.

[2:31 AM] mark sends you a bunch of goofy selfies with chenle.

[2:17 AM] mark asked if you could sneak out to meet at the park to watch the stars. as you sit identifying constellations, mark watches you with adoring eyes. ‘im so in love with you.’ he whispers softly.

[4:04 PM] you and boyfriend!mark take chenle on a birthday outing. as chenle sticks his head underneath the slushy machine and pulls down the lever, you laugh. ‘it’s like he’s our child.’ you joke, looking over at mark, whose cheeks have flashed pink. he’d always thought about having kids with you - the fact you’d mentioned it made him instantly flustered.

[12:34 AM] you and mark lay next to each other, breathing heavily. mark drags the blanket up over you both and pulls you in to him, kissing the back of your neck and reminding you that he loves you.

[9:13 PM] policeman!mark lets you out of your parking ticket because you’re cute, throwing you a cheeky wink as you walked away from him.

[6:44 PM] at the end of a stressful day, you and mark sit at the window of your hotel room. in one another’s arms, you watch the rain trail down the windows and blur the illuminations of the city below.

[3:56 PM] hitman!mark stares in to your eyes. you didn’t know he had been hired to kill you, all you knew was that you were head over heels in love with him. you moved in to kiss him as he clutched tightly at the gun in his pocket.

[1:22 AM] ‘not broken, just bent’ mark comforts you as he holds you close, rubbing your back. ‘things will be okay again.’

[12:12 AM] mark leans across the bed and kisses you. seconds later, you hear the rampant applause of the dreamies, who had been waiting for this moment to finally arrive.

[11:11 PM] after years of writing to one another, you finally meet up with your pen pal, mark. ‘did you break up with your mean partner yet?’ you ask him. he sighs, nodding his head and looking up at you. the eye contact you hold is intense and knowing.
