i dont know how to articulate this well but some of you act like neurodiversity starts with adhd and ends with autism. you talk about "the neurodivergent experience" and everytime you mean "the overlapping experience of adhd and autism."

please remember us when talking about neurodiversity. ocd, dyslexia, dyscaculia, personality disorders, tourettes, intellectual disabilities, schizo-spec disorders, etc. all fall under neurodiversity.

please stop saying neurodivergent when you mean "autism and adhd."

The rules for this will be:

I won’t shame anyone under 14

I won’t shame anyone if the incident shared with me happened more than a year ago unless I’m given proof of a lack of change/accountability since then

I will however use blurred out screenshots as learning opportunities. The exception to this is if it was violent/extreme ableism which I and my council (disabled bandom friends) will decide on.

I do not condone sending threats, slurs or doxxing anyone posted, call people out, shame them. But do not cause them real harm. If I find out anyone has done that, they will be blocked and called out.
